Mark at One Stop Service on Soi 6 is the way to go. We used them for Retirement Visa, Bank accounts, and Thai driver's license. Excellent service! Zero concerns or issues.
Couldn't agree more
Can’t recommend Mark highly enough, he’s very responsive and super helpful!
Totally agree!
It's no wonder people get confused when even the 'expert' calls it a '60 day exemption on arrival VISA' .
That is NOT a visa !
Lol
I used Mark's services last year for extending my 30 day to 60 day. Had a nice chat about Pattaya (my first time visiting) and gave me some good advice after having a serious injury while I was there. Took my info on a Friday, had my extension by Monday. 5000 Baht for everything out the door.. Great guy and service, definitely recommend.
Thanks for sharing
Great information
Moral of this story is ALWAYS SPEAK TO AN EXPERT
Yeah and don't listen to me on the visa update I did Monday 🤣🤣🤣
PS a Thai driving or biking licence is accepted as ID in Thailand it has your full name passport number and residential address in Thailand you can even use ti for domestic flight travel and checking in hotels.
Yes mate I use mine all the time
Great to see Mark again. Dude sorted me out sooo many times whilst I was in Thailand. Good to see you both together again for a Visa video.
Thanks 👍
Some of your best videos when you have Mark, Martin, Peter, Jack and Nanna. So much good information from these professionals.
cheers mate and more to come
I’ve used both One Stop and TPL’s services and would 100% recommend 👍
Thanks for the recommendation
The 60 Day E Visa is £30 pounds, apply online Thai Embassy, London if in the U.K.
You can applyonline, no?
Cheers
Also guys if you do over stay you're pass port will get an overstay stamp and this could prevent you from obtaining long stay visas so NEVER OVERSTAY.
Cheers
Still confused its a minefield think I will go straight to soi 6must remember to go from beach road end to many Distractions.
hahaha good luck
Don’t beat yourself up on the visa issue mate. They announced yesterday that the 60 day will start on 15th July, which is Monday! As it’s not in the Royal Gazette yet, it’s unlikely I guess!!
Cheers mate
I worked with a woman like Mark back in Manila and they have lots of great connections to make it easier for you to get what you want. Need. It’s “who you know” that really gets things done with any visa issues. Why Mark is saying here that “we can help with that bank account issue plus the one year rent contract”. They know WHO to go to plus how to talk to them. From years of experience there. Proves it’s worth it to work with a guy like Mark. He helps you, you help him. A two way street. 👍
absolutely it's who you know in many cases
Great to see Mark looking well.
indeed
Looks like ill be talking to Mark about moving to Pattaya.
lots of good information, thank you for that!
Welcome mate
Yes. One Stop VISA on Soi 6 is the way to go. We used them for Retirement Visa, Bank accounts, and Thai driver's license. Excellent service!
I can't recommend One Stop Visa highly enough. Mark, Pom and the team are excellent. Efficient, professional, courteous service.
Pom helped me open bank account, completed retirement docs and immigration process in around 2 hours.
Good to see the Bionic Man is back! Mark will be running Pattaya half marathon soon😁

Thank you for all the info and doing your best for keeping us all updated.
My pleasure!!
Until it is gazzetted it is not a regulation. It does not matter what some politician says or announces before that. Publishing in the government gazzette makes it official.
ok
Have a good weekend buzzers
Cheers mate you too
Mark is THE man, go see him and team…..excellent.
Well said
Thank you for this video. So helpful. But of you go to the Thai government website regarding travel, there are all kinds of different criteria for different kinds of VISAs, and it also depends on what country you are traveling from. Would have taken too long for him to cover all the material though. But great video. Very helpful.
Best to speak to Mark direct
I think you will find if you re-new a retirement visa yourself, you will need to show a rental contract for 12months. I did mine 2days ago
yeah I think so too
If your worried about to many stamps on your passport then just renew it,its not illegal to do so
Indeed
Even if you renew your password i Think they can see on there computer how mand times you been in the country
Yeah that’s what I thought, each visit is recorded.
My Thailand visa is just the regular 30-day and renewable visa you get from the immigration counter. And that is all I need when I am in Thailand (specifically Pattaya, more specifically Jomtien). That is all I need but I call Pattaya home, a home I always go to whenever I want.
Good for you as long as it is working.
My impression of the rules, though, is that you can only enter on visa-exemption 2 times a year, and when you do, you need a (plane?) ticket out of the country within the 30 day period. Do you have return ticket where you can change the date?
So without being an expert, I think you are running the chance of being rejected in the immigration counter.
Gotcha
heya Trevor good morning will be hitting up Mark once i'm there hopefully on the 60 day visa exempt... as aposed to the 60 day tourist visa. nudge nudge poke poke.

Absolutely first class company to deal with. Easy and hassle free. My bank account is awesome and I get a much better exchange rate than even TT using Wise to transfer into my account. Great service . See you soon Mark for my retirement visa
Thank you for sharing your experience mate
TT ?
It works out on average 0.1 baht per £ better than TT so 100 baht on £1000,hardly much better😂
@@user-ze6kx7py2l works out 0.5baht better per AUD for me, Change $5000 and thats a good night out difference, plus no hassles trying to get cash which is getting harder in Aus, not carrying large amounts of cash and easy access with my Bangkok bank card.....so definitely much better
@@regnorse TT Exchange
Very good info to learn and keep updated on.

Much appreciated! I’ll definitely stop by next month.

Trev, the website you originally quoted from is not a Thai Government website. It is owned by a Thai Solictor company. Did say this on Monday, but as I quoted the website in my comment, it was taken down.
thanks for the clarification mate, cheers
Is that a Evel Knievel helmet in the back?
lol
My story. I traveled in and out of Thailand for nearly 12 years mostly on a 28 days on 28 days off rotation working in the oil industry. I also had a bank account - I opened a foreign currency bank account (Kungrsi Bank Jomtien beach) and transferred money from my UK bank. Pulled Baht out from ATM's at a preferential rate. I used the International Driving Permit from the AA in the UK which I renewed yearly and hired cars/trucks when I needed one. I never encountered any problems. I was only asked once at BKK airport about my entry stamps and I just told them the truth about my job.
Anyone I ever met that had visa issues was trying to buck the system or had not told the truth about their background or what they were up to.
Need I say any more ?
Fair one
Yet to be announced. But it may be mid July or Early August 2024.
Okay
Even this expert referred to a 60 day exemption visa. As with the current 30 day arrangement it is NOT a visa. It is a visa exemption.
Please email Mark
Everything absolutely correct. I understand that as a professional Mark has to list all possible horror scenarios, but in reality rejections at the border are very rare. During my many stays in Thailand, I have never had an official ask me for my passport during my stay or have my visa status checked.
Rejections are happening a bit more now mate, I had two people contact me in the last 10 days rejected for border hopping
@@Buzzinpattaya No more than 2 border crossings per year via land route. Marc had already shared this in his previous interview. Border crossing via international flights is possible unlimited times.
Some of the info in this video is wrong. I called the Thai Embassy in the US, it's 60 days allowed without a VISA from the US. I believe this is the same for 93 countries.
Excellent advice. Much appreciated.
Glad it was helpful!
i was wondering why you recommended me to speak to Mark in one of the previous videos when i asked about a bank account, now i see why.. thank you good sir, seems like a hassle to go through the process, 20 days minimum and 800k bhat for 3 months, yes ill stick to paying the 220 bhat for max withdraws limit. thanks again sir.
Yeah great service
Don't know what you watched but:
The 20 days minimum, is the amount of time it take for the application process, maybe faster but you need at least 20 days there.
800k baht is what you need for a retirement visa (I some how think there is a 400k option but don't know enough)
But yeah, stick with your ATM, mate...
On issue when you get your 60 visa you have 60 to 90 days to activate it as in go to Thailand
Cheers
555 gday T great vlog mate. Good to see Mark back. Yes watchin your previous vlog on visas l did have a chuckle and know why its not buzzin pattaya lounge and visa channel.😆 However a serious warning boys. If you are going to use Mark fantastic services beware. I took a mate there took about 10 minutes to get what he needed done however 4 hours to get out of soi 6. 😉😊😃

Mark here says that in order to get 60 days on arrival you need to get the visa in the UK. Since from today 21/7/24 all UK citizens get 60 days, will the 60 day single entry visa still be available from the embassy? It appears to be redundant.
Cheers
And I am confused by what was said in this video regarding the 60 day VISA exemption. Mark said it was not passed by law, but on the ThaiEmbassy website it says that as of June 1, there are 93 countries that are on their bilateral exemption list where you can stay for 60 days without a VISA. That's supposed to be the official Thai government website. So I am confused by the info in this video. I might try to email someone from the Thai Embassy for clarification.
Please speak to Mark directly
OK. Thank you.

hello! quick question - when he said that they were clamping down on only allowing 2 visa exempt entries per year, was he assuming to overland (where I believe 2 is supposed to be the limit) rather than air (where I believe there is no official limit)? many thanks
Flying does not guarantee unlimited free visa on arrival, it is at the discretion of the immigration official. Some people have done it for years ok, others I know were stopped after a few entries, questioned, told this is the last time you can do this, get a long term visa. It may be rare, but I have been interrogated entering and leaving.
It's not guaranteed via air
@@Buzzinpattaya ok thanks for taking the time to reply. appreciated
The UK website did advertise early, but they still told you to buy the 60 day holiday/tourist visa, because that’s what I did two weeks ago. It’s only £30, and really easy to do.
Thanks for the update Trev 👍😃🙏🏼
Thanks mate
?? why did they just say here that its not available yet
@@regnorse it needs to go through the gazette to then become legislation, and that’s not happened. If, like me anybody is just a tourist, the 60 days tourist visa is easy. It’s all online, takes 15 minutes to complete, and I got my result (visa approval) in 24 hours. It only cost £30, so it’s cheap to apply, and then 60 days is guaranteed. 👍
