Capcom's first beat-em-up, and also the reason why the supposed Avengers game from Data East doesn't have its deserving title. Also released around the same year of the very first Street Fighter, and both cases showed that Capcom would only get it right on the second try.
I like how the first level starts and the enemies aren't even really trying to attack you, they're just backing off and deeking you out. It almost makes it seem like you're controlling some dude in the middle of a schizoid episode or something.

Why do the enemies just mill about ignoring the player? Why do so many of them have male pattern baldness? Why does it explain the premise at the end of every level? Why is there a jungle full of stone heads just outside the city? Why is Serpentor there? Why is the logo glitched out under the game end text? Why is Game Planning by "Moomin Hiroyuki" and music by "New Half Yoshiro"? Why is there a "Hard Planning" credit? Why why why why why?
