Please don't laugh at my WHACKY recipe: I wasn't really sure of what I was doing 😅😅

I had deleted all the clips for this recipe because I was like, "No way I am posting this with all that sloppiness." Then again I thought, "Why hide it?" So I went and dug the clips out, edited them, and decided to post this video anyway. For fun's sake, I guess. I am not asking you to make this recipe until I figure things out myself, then maybe I will be able to give advice😅
On a serious note though, how would you improve upon this recipe? What would you serve these potatoes with (another thing I wasn't sure about)? Let me know!
