    for clarification, in the manual of same item, the recommended wire size is 6AWG.. i am confuse because you are using 2AWG in this presentation. thanks.

      Hi friend, battery wire diameter recommended: 30mm ²/ 2AWG;
      The recommended PV Wire Diameter is 3.5mm ²/ 12AWG
      The recommended AC input/output wire diameter is 6mm ²/ 10AWG
      The wire diameter is only for reference In case of long-distance between a photovoltaic array and an all-in-one inverter or between an all-in-one inverter and battery, using thick wire to reduce voltage drop and improve system performance

      The ground chassi plug would go to an literal earth ground rod.

    I'm installing in a van, the A/C out uses only 2 wires, is the 3rd wire (ground) not used?

    Why Would I need 2 x40 amp Breakers ? Here in the UK our plugs have a 13 amp fuse built in so this would blow first. (ac in ) Also I have wired an extension lead to the AC out which also has a 13 amp Fuse as standard which again would blow, so the 40 amp breakers would not be needed as they would never blow because the 13 amp fuse would always blow first. I agree using a160 amp battery breaker but not sure about the other 2

      If the maximum output current provided to the load through bypass is 40A, it cannot exceed this value. Therefore, it is recommended to configure a standard 2P-40A-AC circuit breaker. The 13A fuse is too small and can easily trigger the fuse

    In europe, Mono 220 volts only , Hybrid converter for 48 volts batteries;
    What is the "empty consumption" (at night without much load f.i.) of your 6200 or 8200 or 10.200 watt machines?

    I have the POW-LVM3K-24V-H, there's only two spots for AC output no ground, am I supposed to ground it to the inverters chassis? Should I add it to the grounding screw that's there for grounding because you cannot run AC safely without a proper ground.

      Hi friend, the grounding of the AC output and the grounding of the AC input share the same terminal (the grounding terminal of the AC input).

      Yes, you can use the inverter without the AC in
      Note: The initial start-up voltage of the PV of this inverter needs to be greater than 150V Afterwards, the voltage just greater than 120V can the inverter be started.

    The installation booklet on my new model no. HF2430U60 says "for PV to charge 24v battery banks, you will need a minimum PV VOC of 120VDC". How do I calculate that? I have four, 100W 24volt panels that I will be running in series. Will that be enough?

      The HF2430U60 model has a maximum input PV voltage of 100 V. We suggest you to check the label on the inverter case to see if the Max.PV Open Voltage is 100 V or 450 V. If it's 100 V, the startup voltage needs to be more than 30V. If it's 450 V, the first startup voltage needs to be more than 150V, and the subsequent voltages can start up as long as they have 120V.
      Then check what the open circuit voltage of your solar panel is. Assuming it is 32V, 32V*4=128V, which is not enough to start for the wide voltage version of the inverter, you need to increase the solar panel.
      But for the low-voltage version of the inverter, just 30V is enough to start. You consider 4 solar panels in parallel. Or 2 series 2 parallel.

      Yes, you need to set the low-voltage disconnection voltage of the battery to stop supplying power to the load(负荷). For example, if it defaults to 21.2V, you can set it to 24V.

      The voltage of the battery should be consistent with the system voltage of the inverter. For example, a 24V inverter should connect to a 24V battery. And suggested battery capacity greater than 100AH

      Only use one 110V live wire with one neutral wire. It is single-phase 110V AC power. If two 110V live wires with different phases are connected, it means inputting two-phase 220V AC power. This inverter cannot be connected to such a high-voltage AC input.

      Suggest purchasing 2 sets of PowMr split-phase 5000W solar inverters or a single PowMr 10K split-phase solar inverter

      Is the purchase the latest version of POW-LVM3K-24V-H? The maximum input of this inverter is: 4000W, 450V, 13A
      The total Power must not exceed the PV power when the PV modules are connected in series or parallel-PV power: 4000W
      The total voltage must not exceed the PV open circuit voltage when the PV modules are connected in series or parallel-PV open circuit voltage 430V at 25℃ environment temperature.
      The total short-circuit current must not exceed the PV short-circuit current when the PV modules are connected in series or parallel-PV short-circuit current:13A
      All three conditions need to be met simultaneously
      For example, your solar panel is 300W, 28V, 10A
      Due to a current of 10A, all solar panels can only be connected in series and cannot be connected in parallel
      450/28=16.07, rounded to 18
      4000/300W=13.33, rounded to 13
      Because all three conditions must be met simultaneously, a maximum of 13 * solar panels (300W, 28V VOC, 10A) can be connected in series.
