Why Would I need 2 x40 amp Breakers ? Here in the UK our plugs have a 13 amp fuse built in so this would blow first. (ac in ) Also I have wired an extension lead to the AC out which also has a 13 amp Fuse as standard which again would blow, so the 40 amp breakers would not be needed as they would never blow because the 13 amp fuse would always blow first. I agree using a160 amp battery breaker but not sure about the other 2
If the maximum output current provided to the load through bypass is 40A, it cannot exceed this value. Therefore, it is recommended to configure a standard 2P-40A-AC circuit breaker. The 13A fuse is too small and can easily trigger the fuse

The HF2430U60 model has a maximum input PV voltage of 100 V. We suggest you to check the label on the inverter case to see if the Max.PV Open Voltage is 100 V or 450 V. If it's 100 V, the startup voltage needs to be more than 30V. If it's 450 V, the first startup voltage needs to be more than 150V, and the subsequent voltages can start up as long as they have 120V. Then check what the open circuit voltage of your solar panel is. Assuming it is 32V, 32V*4=128V, which is not enough to start for the wide voltage version of the inverter, you need to increase the solar panel. But for the low-voltage version of the inverter, just 30V is enough to start. You consider 4 solar panels in parallel. Or 2 series 2 parallel.
