There is a little song I saw years ago a lady was teaching her children. "Every little cell in my body is happy, every little cell in my body is well. I'm so glad every little cell in my body is happy and well". Sung to tune of Momma's little baby loves shortnin' bread. 😊❤

@@Jan.13I don’t think we can just stop feeling concern for our families. If we are the ones who are sick do we want anyone to feel concern for us - or just be forgotten while they go and live their best life rollerblading? It should really be a balance of caring for others and self care. That’s quite difficult to do in reality. Self care takes quite a bit of effort as well.

I love everything I’ve heard so far! It reminds me when I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and the doctors said that nobody my age (29) had ever had this kind of tumor. It was so weirdly freeing to me because instead of being scared, I felt empowered that since there was no precedent, I could recover better than anybody. It was intense, but it did work out that way!

Rhe medical community has to tell us, are we unique or we are all the same, if we are all the same, then we don't need to go to the doctor, we can just do what others did, if we are really unique then our trajectories are unique and can't be deduced from others life and experiences

both mentally and physically, is touched, explored, accepted, loved, cherished and desired.
She suffered from fibromyalgia for the biggest part of her adult life.

I am currently 36 years old, but ever since I can remember I have always wanted to grow into a wise woman. I was even celebrating when I found my first grey hair telling everybody about it, haha. So to everybody out there thinking young people only care about their apperance and looks, that is simply not true! For me my core values and inner knowlegde has always been the most important thing 🙌🏻 I just simply LOVE growing on the inside 😁 And off course the inside is what I treasure most in other people too ✨🙏

100%.@ 59 I've lost my husband ,my parents & a child. Although I grieve I dont stay in it. I've watched people stay in that horrible place after losing a loved one. It consumes their every thought. I often think this is the person who will be diagnosed w/cancer. Our bodies & minds weren't meant to stay in a constant state of distress.

I just turned 58. I lost my mom in my 20s. My husband at the age of 56. My dad five months after my husband died. A daughter that I have not seen in four years because I don’t agree with her. I have no family out here other than two children who live with me and need my help. For about eight years crisis after crisis, tragedy after tragedy has taken place and I am trying so hard to get out of this grieving state. My faith has helped me. Many people tell me they don’t understand how I’m doing as well as I am, but I have chronic pain. And like you said, I have known so many people to suffer and then get cancer. My younger sister has cancer right now. Bad prognosis. I have been trying to help her when she flies down for surgeries etc. I am going to send her this interview. I pray that you are comforted and that you are OK.

But lack of stress and healthy eating, getting rest and enjoying family from the outside has helped . @@edwardcopeland5069I think we need to know what’s important to us, for example- health, relationship, personal development, etc., and then we make decisions on how how we build our lives around those important items. If something does not add any value or becomes a detriment to what’s important to us, then we should not put any valuable resources (time, energy, money) into it. This has been my guiding principle, and I revisit my “what’s important to me” list every year.

Once I looked at why the weight was there, I used my mind to release 100lbs in 13 months with ZERO diets or exercise and have now helped thousands around the world do the same with their weight and other ailments. Thoughts have no strength unless you give them that power. Stay strong 💪

In California we have a health food store called Clark's people in the industry shop there and are incredibly helpful. I have often said and agree with the doctor Langer that the most important relationship is the one with yourself. Nobody can make you angry four other negative thing feeling we have. We do it to ourselves . That's why we can't forgive anybody else. We have to forgive ourselves which simply means letting go of whatever negative hostile resentful feeling we have towards someone because it's not doing us any good to keep holding on to a negative feeling. it's going to make us sick. Coming full circle.

🎉🎉🎉I’m starting my reframing now. I’m a young 71 year old healing from chronic fatigue. I started riding my super cool bike around the neighborhood working up from 5 minutes to 20 minutes. 7/28/24 will measure 30 days minus 3. Yesterday before I listened to this discussion, I told each organ in my body and emphasis on my Hashimoto thyroid that I loved every part of them unbeknownst to me that I was exercising mindful health, however I came home embracing my outdated platform.
Today, after listening to this discussion, I celebrated my body’s universe working together as a team embracing freedom of healthiness. Thanking and loving every anatomical part of my body. Embracing the release of any past CPTSD trauma held anywhere in my body to the wind to be recycled into positive energy. It was lovely to imagine the wind whisking it away. I imagined myself as a kid when riding my bike around the neighborhood, up and down each street to feel freedom from my toxic home life and embraced that joyful memory. Thank you for this enlightenment🎉🎉🎉
I bought the audible book to listen to tonight.

I love psychology and sociology, neurology, It’s so important! ❤😁 The way she’s explaining everything is the way I think and I’ve learned to think. It’s helped me profusely and I used to be very stressed with many triggers and couldn’t separate the worry from focusing on what I needed to accomplish in the moment and it was mindfully debilitating. I was taught to worry! When I stopped listening to others who kept telling me to worry about every small thing in life, and I took the action steps to utilize all this info and much more info as well as learning my genetics and opening up to understanding a better way of life and living then I began living it! My whole life changed. I began to open up and learn info about all kinds of things I never would have allowed myself to learn because I was taught not to. I stopped letting others control me which upset certain family members as well as friends and I just let them go and began to stay away from them. Then my life turned around and I began to accomplish my goals one by one and continue to do so. Everyone can do this, it’s just up to each person to decide if they want to or not. I wanted to and many people don’t so they continued their cycle of unhappiness in life for life, then get upset at all of those who took the steps and became happy. Healing is so important. Don’t hold onto them. Forgiveness is key to yourself and others. You have to deal with the issue and not place it in the back of your mind. You experienced negative or horrible situation, knowledge it, express your thoughts about how it makes you feel and begin to deal with it etc…then begin healing and move forward, knowing it’s now in the past and you get to live today and in the future, so do it. Live today and for the future. My weight fluctuates when I’m stressed and when I’m not I lose weight immediately and without changing anything else. It’s very real. It’s so interesting to me! I absolutely love learning about it all from so many people who teach it and help others as well! It takes practice to do it and if I can do it, you and others can do it too! I use the stick market as an example too. Great analogy. I’ve worked in Radiology and CT, DEXA’s Surgery, Management, for over 25 years and she’s explaining the truth! Powerful info here!
