Amazing, learning so much from this, but it could be better: JC ,Bala a request for you guys: Can we document this in form of a blog with details of how you designed training and diet along with common mistake that students were doing and how you fixed them, it can become really useful for others

U guys are doing a commendable job in educating us vd ur program. I hv myself tried to loose weight innumerable times but to no avail I'm 63yrs now don't know if it will happen in this lifetime
20 half-pushups, but still commendable. I think this is useful to see because sometimes coaches demand perfect push-ups right at the beginning which can be demotivating for some people. I like how JC and Bala are really pacing themselves and their trainees.
So a person can ear carbs and increase insulin sensitivity by RT understood. But can a person like me increase insulin sensitivity by walking? I daily have 20-25k step count in my plant....

Walking will help with energy expenditure but you still need RT
