I need a suggestion, I am 72 kgs and stuck at that weight for a long time, my steps are almost 10000+, eating 1600 calories and working out 4 days a week. I have included one day of running for 15 mins on the treadmill out of those 4 days.What should be my approach to see a drop. And for how long should I maintain the change
