Hi JC, yet another Gr8 video. I am very much enjoying this long format videos. I have few questions: 1- Hypertrophy can be achieved with 5 to 30 close to failure rep range. Can this be both myofibril as well as sarcoplasmic type or just sarcoplasmic? 2- when the rep range is less than 4 which is more strength gain, what impact does it have over muscle fibers? 3- If Aerobic exercise uses majorly IMTG, then how and when the adipose tissue TG is used?
It was very informative and detail knowledge i learned that in my certification course but revision was done by you and I loved that you explained easy way , thank you Jc we need more people like you

I have one suggestion 😢and 1 query, could you please give your 1 minutes to revert back on the same please: Query: so, if I am doing circuit training mostly calisthenics and after than cardio like jumping jack and running, so will it be helpful for long journey as primary goal is to reduce the weight and after that, build muscles and become in shape, will it work ? I am 25 yrs old and working at night for 6 day around 10,11 hours a day and doing PPL strength training and i can only manage sleep of around 7 hours at afternoon. My main question is that working at night and sleeping at day will impact on my hypotrophy goal? 🤔😏 Waiting for yor relpy or would be great if you made a video particularly about this.🙏🙏❤

It Depends upon your goal. > If your goal is to build mucles and loose weight. Do strenth training and add 1 day of HIIT if you want to work on your heart as well. That will be enough. If you like running or any form of cardio and only want to work on loosing weight and building endurance do both. Like Strenth train twice a week and do any form of cardio 4 times in a week.

A bit of cardio, separate from weight training won’t hurt. Keep it either after weight training or in a separate session

Start doing more sets and reps. 10-15 min everyday is enough
