    Hi JC, yet another Gr8 video. I am very much enjoying this long format videos. I have few questions:
    1- Hypertrophy can be achieved with 5 to 30 close to failure rep range. Can this be both myofibril as well as sarcoplasmic type or just sarcoplasmic?
    2- when the rep range is less than 4 which is more strength gain, what impact does it have over muscle fibers?
    3- If Aerobic exercise uses majorly IMTG, then how and when the adipose tissue TG is used?

    It is really very conceptual clear video and we need such more videos too as it is a complete source of knowledge.
    I have one suggestion 😢and 1 query, could you please give your 1 minutes to revert back on the same please:
    Query: so, if I am doing circuit training mostly calisthenics and after than cardio like jumping jack and running, so will it be helpful for long journey as primary goal is to reduce the weight and after that, build muscles and become in shape, will it work ?
    Suggestion: kindly try some animation too during video.

    JC, I love the fact that you are not focusing on gaining followers who want surface knowledge
    Your deep expertise will get you true followers vs the reel generation we have
    Really motivating to see that your niche of science-backed commentary on health & nutrition is driven by the value you want to provide to your audience instead of the follower count gimmickry most influencers have fallen for
    Last but not the least, I am with Fittr, half-way through my 6-month journey. But not too keen on renewing due to reasons I dropped on another post of yours. But boy, I would love to feed off your energy in whichever form- YourTube videos or reels or LinkedIn posts. I wish you were personally training me or if there was an option for some consultation with you directly

    HI JC Sir love the way you explain everytging❤. I am 25 yrs old and working at night for 6 day around 10,11 hours a day and doing PPL strength training and i can only manage sleep of around 7 hours at afternoon. My main question is that working at night and sleeping at day will impact on my hypotrophy goal? 🤔😏
    Waiting for yor relpy or would be great if you made a video particularly about this.🙏🙏❤

    Hey..i am enrolled with fittr. Great video. Just wanted to know so should i stop cardio and only do weight training? I do weight training and then 10 mins of jump rope.

      It Depends upon your goal.
      > If your goal is to build mucles and loose weight. Do strenth training and add 1 day of HIIT if you want to work on your heart as well. That will be enough.
      If you like running or any form of cardio and only want to work on loosing weight and building endurance do both. Like Strenth train twice a week and do any form of cardio 4 times in a week.

      A bit of cardio, separate from weight training won’t hurt. Keep it either after weight training or in a separate session

    How about 20 mins of liss cardio daily.. would that effect bmr, slowing it down?

    I am underweight (weight 48, height 168,age 19)and i want to build muscle i only have 2 dumbbells of 10 kg each i workout for 6 days a week and sir how much cardio i need to do please reply

      Start doing more sets and reps. 10-15 min everyday is enough
