length around 20-30 min would be ideal. I would also love to know about your injury and rehab, and some sense of what to expect as we advance in the gym. Many people (including family) try to dissuade me from training hard in the gym due to fear of injury. So a couple of episodes dedicated to what sort of mindset we should develop towards it would be really helpful (and please gear that advice for different age brackets, I myself am at your age but only 1-2 years into training).
As i am doing my weight training.. and i started panner 200g .. with 36g protien and 44g fat.. protien is good i am getting stronger.. i started this its been 4 weeks but i noticed that my belly is also bigger.... What should i do. i started this using fittr diet plan.. so please give me a solution what should i do.. should i start eating low fat paneer??? I am very stressed 😢😢😢

Monitor and guide clients on progressively increasing weights and intensifying workouts over time. I started following you when I was new mom a year ago, I have queries on calorie intake for breastfeeding moms coz you know breastfeeding takes a lot of energy and we feel hungry often and end up in more unwanted calorie. I being lean person, lost most of my fat/muscle in breastfeeding journey and everyone started asking why I look so weak .i was so low and started concentrating on diet, taking one step at a time and now I have avoided the junk food intake, looking forward to enrol for a coach sometime ahead.

Sir my mother has arthritis in knees and thyroid. She is 40 years old. And she is obese. So how can i train them (she is facing joint pain). And when i lookup to their total daily calories intake it is not higher side but she is still gaining weight. Is it because of her medicine or disease?So how can i improve her health..
Sir, Can a prediabetic have 250gm carbohydrates per day ? And if he stays around maintenance eating all the foods,will his hba1c come in normal range i.e below 5.7
Bhaiya I have one question , To fulfill my protein intake as a beginner can I start to take whey protein?and also how can individual calculate the perfect amount of taking whey protein according to one's body weight and fat percentage? I'm 22 yo and want to get shredded in approx 6-7 months
First priority should be food. Whey can be taken if you’re not able to meet your intake from food. 1-2 scoops are okay, anything more indicates that your diet is probably not good
Length is good, it would be so nice if we can get a video a day rather than waiting for a week... Most people want or have some sort of cravings for knowledge during a specific phase of their life... My husband is a client of fittr via Coach...

It would result in loss of lean mass which will result in lowering bmr leading to more fat gain at lesser calories
