Lemon Crusted Baked Cod With Bacon & Mushroom Topped Baked Potato

Here is what you need.
(For the cod)
1/4 cup diced chives
1/4 cup fresh diced parsley
About 1 cup of bread crumbs of your choice
About 4 tablespoons of butter
1/2 Lemon for zest and juice
Splash of sugar
Salt and fresh pepper
And obviously 3 pieces of fresh wild cod
(For the potato)
1 cup of cut bacon
2 cups of mushrooms ( I used chanterelle mushrooms)
1/2 cup of diced chives
Few cloves of garlic
Butter for the pan
And 3 potatoes.
