Doc, can you please make a video on the subject of lip lifts. Different types, such as the bullhorn technique, seagull, Italian, corner lip lift, V to Y,
your personal experience, what technique you'd recommend, etc? 🙏
I have several videos on lip lift, just search my last name and lip lift. Plan on doing more.
Good job. Local anesthesia?
IV anesthesia, thanks for watching
Hello Doc, I had a blow to my forehead about 8 years ago, and the middle of my forehead was swollen forever, it's like a bone that deformed my skull. Can this be done with this surgery? The size is small but it seems like I always have a bump and with lights from above it makes a shadow on my face.
I subscribe to your channel, it is very informative
Impossible to say without Xray or CT. Osteomas are usually between the size of a pea and a gumball. See your doc if you are concerned.
Look out doc am coming
Bring it :)
Dear surgeon, thanks for sharing your knowledge.
In this case, you polished osteoma, but did not remove it.
Patient should be informed about the recurrence, and audience too.
You are mistaken, we removed the entire osteoma, did you not see the pieces and the after picture? I have never seen on reoccur yet.
I respect your answer. I have no doubt that you are 3 times more expert than me, but I still on my opinion. We can evaluate or detect the tumor only by x-ray, before and after surgery. Removal of one cortical layer, doesn't mean a total removal of the tumor also, we saw two bone structures and colors in the video after the removal of the tumor. Recurrence is present in many cases in the medical literature.
Thanks, I am sure any lesion can reoccur, I just have not seen on that I have treated return. @@ayham5259
The swelling was barely noticeable! He must be so much more comfortable. 🌸🌷
