Omg I have one of those bumps! I'm calling my dr tomorrow! I had it xrayed about 35 years ago and they said it was just a growth of bone! They should have been more forthcoming with this info! THANK YOU!

It's amazing the things you're able to do. I was unfortunately in an abusive relationship and suffered a break to my nose and the bone under my eye and temple. With just a tiny cut under my hair, the surgeon was able to fix my nose, temple and one eye (they decided to leave the other, it hasn't bothered me) Thankfully, in Australia, I was able to be treated at no cost and I was so impressed. It really is amazing what you surgeons are able to do! Thanks for your hard work ☺️👏

Unfortunately, you are far from me, and there is no way to go there, I suffer from lipoma, two Osteomas, and a 1inch scar when I was child. You can't imagine how sad it is for people to focus on your forehead when you talk to them, even my wife, my kids, and my pupils. Life for me seems as hell. In any case, I hope that God will help me to reach you

Hi Dr. Joe, Thank You for sharing Your knowledge. Could You recommend doctors or clinics from Europe, who specialize, in Forehead Osteoma Removal, using scarless technics that You presented? I did some research but I can't find anyone who can help, from Europe. All doctors I've consulted about the problem told me that it is not worth removing this because of the scar. It looks like they are not familiar with the possibilities You presented. Which is very disappointing. Thank You for your help.

Hi doctor Joe! My baby is born with begnin osteoma on the right side of forehead. What’s the best age to remove for him? We are currently in Australia, what if we want to meet you for review. We want to get it down before he start primary school, we don’t want other children ask him through all his life.

Wow, never seen one in an infant. Are you sure it is osteoma? I think you would have to wait until skull is fully grown, maybe preschool.

I have just started doing my research on what I could have on my head. Can Osteoma’s occur on the temple of the skull? I have not been diagnosed as of yet but will be scheduling and appt with my primary dr and will ask if she can refer me to a specialist as yourself. It’s hard as bone and is the size of a golf ball. It doesn’t hurt and hasn’t metastasized but, is annoying when I brush my hair because I bump it.
