We have a very diverse practice. Pigmented skin is more of a scar challenge but all skin seems to do OK in the long run.

If you have a facelift then lose, say 60 lbs., will it destroy the work? I am overweight and have refrained from considering a facelift simply because of this.
for 60 lbs you would be best to lose weight first

Sir, for someone who had side cheekbone reduction, will a facelift solve the problem of saggy skin afterwards?
Possibly, generally one would not get much drooping after cheek bone reduction
@@jniamtuiii I need to do cheekbone reduction (only the back cheekbone), but I'm scared of lots of people claiming how cheekbones reduction gave them so much saggy skin which wasn't fixed by either facelift or even an implant. But if the sagging is fixable by either lift or implant I want to go for it.
I've got jowls.
We can fix them :)
