Thank you so much. You explain everything so great! I e been very discouraged finding out that I have prolapsed bladder and bowel. It’s something I have never heard of before. I’m so glad I e found your videos! Now I can learn along with your videos. Thank you 😊
Great you keep doing these. If people just want better results. Just eat right. Walk every day. And increase your walks. You'll get the same if not better results
Dear Dr Shakib, thank you for sharing yr expertise. I just need to know if the Sumo Squat is safe for prolase bladder and do I need to engage my core while doing it. I will be waiting for yr reply and pls do know that you are appreciated.
Can’t tell you. These videos are what I do with my patients and don’t know anything about you to give suggestions. You can contact my office if you’d like
The exercises you selected did you take into consideration whether or not a person has a weak pelvic floor versus a person that has a hypertonic pelvic floor? Some people with a weak floor might have leaking when they cough or sneeze whereas those with a tight floor might have different problems entirely. So tight, that they can't even get therapeutic devices inside them for internal work of the pelvic floor.
