Very interesting! Thank you for sharing.
Some really helpful tips. Especially the exhaling on exertion while getting up from bed or sitting.
I know drinking enough water is something I'm trying to work on.
I do notice if I drink too close to bed then I'll be up pretty much all night running to the bathroom. And with stiff legs it's not really running, but you get my point. 🙂

exactly, i think this is more of a common problem than people think too which is why I had her on as a guest. Urinary urgency and painful, stiff joints don't make things easy!

What a great interview! So many good tips especially about urge incontinence. There are many products out there now helping with incontinence, such as pads and leak-proof underwear, but it's always best to address any problem at the cause. Thank you Alyssa and Betty.

However much you drain your peg the last drop always gets your leg. When you are peeing stop and start the urine flow so you realise what the muscles are you use to stop and start peeing, then when you have completely finished, exercise those muscles about 5 times at each pee.
