When you breath out are you breathing out of the mouth or nose? Also the lower part of the barrel can it be activated or achieved by engaging the lower abs or is that not low enough. Hope I am asking cleary and hope to get a reply. Love the content!
Fantastic instructions, when you're breathing, whether lying down or sitting/standing, should your abdominal muscles be engaged (tightened slightly), or dis engaged ?. I ask because I used to do tai chi, and our instructor encouraged us to adopt "chi belly" in other words, the abs were completely loose, like a babies belly, or beer belly.
Two tips for viewers to see your floor demonstration: 1- Wear just a crop top or just an exercise bra. We can’t see through your shirt. 2- Camera person should stand over you, so the rise & fall of your belly shows. Great tips otherwise.
watched both part 1 and 2. this is better than gold. Thank you!
