Absolutely! I made my first tea with just one green and one black tea bag, 2 cups of water to steep, and then added rosemary and spearmint oils when it cooled and saw IMMEDIATE results!! Now I add some amla, about a tsp in with the tea bags, steep overnight, and add my oils. I keep it in the fridge, and it is an amazing scalp and strands refresher between washes! I use a dropper to apply directly on my scalp and massage in, then I put a small amount of deep conditioner in the palm of my hand and add the tea to it to my desired thickness for refreshing my curls. God had used this channel to absolutely transform my hair. I got to waist length using these tips. My goal now is to thicken, thicken, thicken. Thank you for all these videos, girlie!!!!To everyone reading this, Jesus loves you.
Isn't He amazing! After surgery my hormones just went crazy and I went from long, lusterous hair to short, broken off, dry brittle hair. I went into shock. I couldn't believe my hair was no more. I asked God to give me a miracle and restore my hair. Well, He didn't wave His hand and make my hair long again, but all of a sudden, every time I went on UA-cam, there was a video sitting on the side of the screen about growing hair. Curly Proverbs was one of them. The crazy thing was, I never looked up a video on growing hair online! It was like God was saying, "My miracles are for things you cannot do yourself, like restoring sight to the blind, making the lame walk. THIS you can do yourself, here, take these tools and get to work." My hair is now longer than before the surgery. I am now focused on thickening also. God bless!

Hair Tea changed everything for me! I put aloe juice or sea moss water in a jar with herbs and let it steep ... it's my daily spritz to manipulate my hair in the morning. Thank you for the education!
Hi ladies ... I mistakenly commented through my ministry page (KingdomLife). For the hair tea, I just take whatever liquid and put it in a big jar (32 or 64oz) and add whatever dried herbs are on my mind. I use aloe juice in the jug from walmart OR the water you get when you rehydrate sea moss. I put the herbs directly in or in cheese cloth, don't heat it, and let it sit on the table at room temp overnight. I don't use the same herbs, but whatever I use, there is always rosemary, green/black tea, fenugreek seeds and roses or hibiscus. I lightly spritz my hair with it every morning, just enough to manipulate it. Hope this helps!

Could we have some more tea on jatmansi please (no pun intended!). I am wondering how this helps to darken hair, especially after henna use and if you have greys. Thanks @curly proverbz ❤
I am going to use Matcha -Does Matcha reduce DHT? Dihydrotestosterone (DTH) is responsible for hair loss, and green tea leaves are filled with catechins which help reduce DTH. Polyphenol, also found in green tea leaves and matcha powder, help strengthen hair roots and hair follicles - which can help facilitate the hair growth.
Hello Faridah, I made a hair tea using Rosemary, Thyme (two teaspoons of each) and Fenugreek seeds (5 tablespoons). I boiled these ingredients in water for about 10-15 minutes and let the tea steep for a little under 5 hours. It came out pretty dark, a dark brown colour, and when I applied it as a leave-in to my hair, and especially my scalp, it caused my head to feel a little strange and woozy. I woke up still feeling the effects. I think perhaps I have not put as much water into the mix as I should have, to balance out the strength of the ingredients. In any case, I was wondering how normal all this is??? I'm thinking of just switching back to my regular spray bottle mix, as the tea has me a little concerned. Would you have any advice on this?
Please release jatamansi powder! I will buy it for sure knowing your very rigorous when selecting your suppliers. If it darkens hair, i need it because using henna consistently has lighten my hair (like a reddish tint under sunlight). I love u Farida, my sister in Christ. Hi i love your work, i was wondering Have you heard many stylists in the natural hair community saying oils and butter are drying on the hair? I’m curious to know your opinion on this? I don’t agree with not using oils and butters I love them
I noticed you use only a few ingredients at a time in your teas, do you think there would be any benefit in combing two or more tea recipes into one spritz or rinse? Thank you for sharing! Your yard looks so peaceful and amazing!
Can someone please tell me, when used as spritz in between washes, does it mean we spray and leave in until our next hair wash?? Doesnt it damage the hair if we spritz and not wash the hair, the same day?? Please advise.
May I ask you, which leave in conditioner you use/recommend? Your hair is amazing. Thank you for all the info 🙏 love your channel and all the ayurvedic knowledge!!!
Love the combinations of teas. I made one with henna, fenugreek and earl grey. My question is about the application. I originally thought I could use as a spritz, but found that even after straining, the sediment that remained left it too thick to get through the nozzle. What is the best way to apply? Since this should be discarded after 10 days, I'm assuming this without be for daily use??? Or should this be rinsed out? If you could place usage information in the description box, that would be so appreciated. Thank you for all of your scholarship on this!
Ok, so update. I might believe that my eyes are deceiving me and my thin spots are not as filled in as before if it wasn't for the fact that my shedding stopped IMMEDIATELY! I mean, NO HAIR IN MY HANDS AT ALL!! Three days ago, I couldn't touch my hair without it coming off in tufts. This tea combination WORKS. For context, I am in menopause so my hair had started thinning out like crazy. I am so grateful for a natural remedy. THANK YOU 🙌🏾🙏🏾💖

Your garden is really flourishing. Love the different hair tea ideas we can incorporate into our routines. I do have ashwagandha powder and chamomile tea. I am going to try these for my hair. Thank you for these ideas.
Tried the last one make my color pop!!
I switch over to juice this time of year. Today, it's cucumber, kale, apple, guava, gooseberries aka amla, ginger, spirulina, and chorella.

Any tips to hide /dye grey hair without damaging it?what do you use?
Congratulations for your work and nice videos!I love them!❤
I want to be like you when I grow up!! Love this video, the vibes and love you!
Hair tea was a game changer for me. Thanks a million!!! ❤❤
Would you have any advice on this?
it's amazing result of henna and fungreek amla tea
Your recipes are the best! I’ve used your henna gloss recipes and black tea rinses. Always great content. 💖
Hi Queen! Thank you! This was somewhat lower in volume and somewhat harder to hear than normal.
Please release jatamansi powder! I will buy it for sure knowing your very rigorous when selecting your suppliers. If it darkens hair, i need it because using henna consistently has lighten my hair (like a reddish tint under sunlight). I love u Farida, my sister in Christ. Thanks to you my hair stopped thinning 😭(im in my 40's) . U don't have the slightest idea of how grateful i am of you. God bless u and yes i want in my cart some jatamansi powder so, think about it please. Greetings from Puerto Rico😘❤️
I feel so lucky to have found your channel. So many new things here for me. I’m excited to learn about these recipes and use them. I’ll be looking for your products too. I feel like my hair is similar to yours and love your volume and length. Great video and thank you.🌸🌸
Ilove your videos. They are so beautiful. This video is so softly spoken I can just about hear it with my h/aid at top volume. Don't want to add subtitles as I would miss what you're doing. Thanks Farida.
I’d appreciate if you could show the application of the tea too.
Thank you for your videos. I’ll try one of your recipes :).

I’m in LOVE 😭😍
You spoke of the Henna but there was no pic inserted of you as you mentioned?
Hi i love your work, i was wondering Have you heard many stylists in the natural hair community saying oils and butter are drying on the hair? I’m curious to know your opinion on this? I don’t agree with not using oils and butters I love them
I used ashwaganda and jamun seed powder with green tea
Everything you mentioned is new to me
Thanks for the video.
I am loving Rosemary tea and aloe gel from the plant
I noticed you use only a few ingredients at a time in your teas, do you think there would be any benefit in combing two or more tea recipes into one spritz or rinse? Thank you for sharing! Your yard looks so peaceful and amazing!
Do a mix and see if it works for you sis!!
I'm so excited to receive my Amla and bhringraj mask I'm going to couple it with the chebe in my conditioner ☺️☺️☺️☺️

Great tea mixtures I want to try all of them!! Very beautiful video it was so relaxing. 🙏🏾
I can’t wait to try some teas for healthy hair 🌻
Starting to use fenugreek tea. It’s amazing. Can’t wait to try henna tea.
Oh and I’ve been rocking with you since the Remedy days!
Where can you get the tea kettle I really like it
Love the combinations of teas.
THANK YOU 🙌🏾🙏🏾💖
I had the same problem with my spray bottle. I found that when I used a muslin cloth or tights to strain the tea, I could then use it in the spray bottle.
@meechie me Thanks! I started using a coffee filter inside strainer, and that helped a lot too 😊
@@docstel9331 I did the same thing. The coffee filter works for me.
So glad I found your video. I have so much anxiety this helps remind me who I am. Can't wait to get into this 💜
I'm checking into the lounge wear!!!! Please give details! Especially the sweater!
All this talk of tea reminds me of this youtuber "HindzSight" lol. Man loves his tea😂😂 The use of green tea has definitely helped reduce shedding. Not sure if I'll be able to get those exotic powders but I'll definitely try them all! Thanks for the updated recipes CP
