    I have a 8 camera set up DVR with 6 cameras hooked up has worked great till I cut thru 2 cameras wires tried to splice which i have done before successfully yet the wires are freaking microscopic didnt woirk; kicker is this 4 cameras were still up and ok and than 2 other cameras went down Video Loss absolutely nothing touched those at all ??/ So I am baffled..and thoughts or ideas how do I get superpassword or something ; i have rebooted unplugged bought new high end power strip..HELP

      If the Zosi cameras and DVR worked well before, but you got "Video Loss" on one channel or some channels.
      A. Please check whether the infrared lights of the camera were lit? (You can use your hands to cover the camera's lens to check)
      If the infrared lights of the camera were not lit, please exchange another working camera's power supply and 1 to 4 power splitter cable to test.
      B. If the infrared lights of the camera were lit, please exchange another working camera's video cable and DVR's video input port to test.

    Your explanations on the ZOSI system are just what I was looking for, short and precise. I use the cameras solely to monitor areas of a fairly large home model RR layout and not for security.

    All set up, but a few questions:
    All releated to Android phone
    1)We would like to turn off notifications w some cameras, but no clue how to.
    2) won't let me off phone set for just notifications when ppl and not cars go by.

      Thank you for quick response. The motion is no longer giving me updates. Along w a few other small glitches. Is their a number i can call to fix all at once??

    I have a zosi model #zro8an/10. Daily, sometimes more, it shuts off and beeps. Why is it doing this? What can I do to fix it? How do I disable the beep? This is quite aggravating, especially in the middle of the night.

      Hi, I'm sorry for the late reply. Please uninstall your hard drive, and please wait for several hours or days to see if the system still reboots itself or keeps freezing.

    My DVR is stuck at setup wizard screen! I've contacted zosi support and nothing back. I need these cameras to work. What do I do?????

      So how did you fix it? I am having the same issue. I had unplugged my DVR cause it would not connect to my mobile device. Now it will but its stuck on Wizard and cant click anything but the mouse moves.
