I've used this system, you insert the usb drive in the rear bottom port and I think it wont work unless you format the thumb drive to fat32 or exfat32.

Hi I did this then I try watching in my Mac and it said file not supported but I’m able to see the file but I can’t play it ? Then I try the same with my windows it said the file is encoded ?
if your usb drive is plugged to the front port and the mouse is plugged to the top port in the back, you will never get access to the drive. Move the mouse to the bottom port in the back. Try now!

hi. you are having issues with the usb driver, not because it is not connected, is because was plugged to the wrong port.
