    Many know it and practice it during yoga classes, but have you tried it just before bedtime? 🧘‍♂️
    ✔️Sit with your back straight, shoulders rolled back, chest open... nice and easy. 😌
    ✔️Now take your dominant hand and close your right nostril. Keep your left nostril open and breathe through it.
    ✔️Take a deep inhale. Now exhale through the same nostril.
    ✔️You are activating your left nostril here, which is associated with calming, relaxing, and tranquillizing moon energy. 🌙
    ✔️Repeat 15-20 times at your own pace.
    ✔️Afterward, lie down and go to sleep. 💤
    Try this every night with consistency, and approach it with an open mindset to see if it helps you. If it doesn’t, it’s okay. Try something else.
    Also, check your overall lifestyle because left nostril breathing alone won’t be enough.🙌🏻👍
