He said if you do that, it is like you are fasting and then you don't need to do fasting. Another person said sort of the same thing, but about having at least 12 hours between meals. Neither explained how it would be like fasting, though.

I have this constipation problem. There is no reluef even after trying homoe and ayurvedic medicines. I drink lots of water right from the morning..Generally I eat healthy fiid.
