Doctors can be valuable consultants, but you do NOT require their "permission" to retain self- responsibility for your health. Your doctor should be open-minded enough to respect you as an equal individual, and not dismiss your interest in participating in your own health. Doctors are not your gods, are not your daddy, are not your controllers-- they are a valued health resource. Please keep this in mind: a good doctor encourages questions and discussion, and will respect your research. They will never demand your blind obedience.

My grandmother had the plant in our house in Ghana. Growing up she’d give us castor to drink for constipation, for all sorts of ailments. It’s also used to induce labor for difficult deliveries.
I’ve always had large bottles of castor oil, since I migrated to the US almost 3 decades ago. Overtime I forgot its efficacy and moved on to other things. A few months ago I happened to lay eyes on it & started using it again. I rubbed some on my eye lids and by the time I woke up all the inflammation has healed (eyes were crusty) & I could see clearly. I applied some on my neck, chin & back; lump, stiffness & swelling disappeared. Lymph swelling down. I use it all over my body now. Helps with dry nostrils too. Gets rid of skin tags when missed with some baking soda. Could go on & on. Thank GOD for our grandparents. They knew natural remedies. Amen. Wish my grandma was here to appreciate and thank her for all that I learned from her.

Medial system is integrally intertwined with pharmaceutical empire - it is the pharmaceutical/medical paradigm that is underpinnings of our health system. This paradigm is based on acceptance of ‘germ’ theory rather than the ‘terrain’ theory - the outside world of germs that invades a body rather than our inner ‘terrain’s’ ability to protect us from illness & heal us if we do become ill. The germ theory does not value natural immunity - drugs are the solution to health/illness. We have to fight to cherish & nurture our capacity for a healthy immune system.

Castor oil must be hexane free and cold pressed. Castor oil is the only oil that will penetrate all the way to the bloodstream, breaking up any germ, virus, bacteria, boil, lumps, and anything else attacking the body and assists the body in eliminating it out safely from the body naturally. It must be applied on clean skin and allowed time to do its job. It will not be noticeable sometimes, but castor oil is hard at work quietly in the background. Put in your belly button, on bottom of your feet, eyelids at bedtime, or anywhere it is needed on the body.
Magnesium lotion like castor oil is best used transdermal and very effective for many ailments.

On a whim I started applying castor oil directly to a basal cell (raised sun spot) three times daily just to see if it had any effect. In three weeks I saw a whiteish haze forming over it. I kept at it three times a day for a few weeks more before it went away. There’s still a small dark area left but even it’s getting lighter. I did the same thing to some other “age spots” and yep they’ve gotten lighter as well. In time they will disappear.

I've had some success for castor oil. Applying it on to the skin externally dried up some skin tags that began arriving. It took 6-8 weeks, applying it a couple times a day. It has also helped with psoriasis, I use it daily, numerous times, externally, it reduces the proliferation of the skin. Has far as your patient is concerned, where is the condition? Did you know that there is a medical study (published by Pub Med) on the fact that oxalates induces breast cancer. Sally K Norton that wrote a book about Oxalates and how many health condition that oxalates are involved in, her book title is "Toxic Superfoods". In one of the interviews with Sally on-line, she mentioned that India are doing the most research with Oxalates because Indian spices are high in oxalates. I highly recommend that everyone reads this book, it's truly mind blowing. Oxalates were found by the British, two centuries ago.

I was having a problem with bladder irritability (no infection, tested twice over several weeks) and something clicked about oxalate. I cut out sweet potatoes, spinach, almonds for a couple of weeks. I had been making smoothies with them almost every day. Lo and behold, the irritability went away. I had two cystoscopies and was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis many years ago. My mother had calcium oxalate kidney stones, probably hereditary tendency.
I have been avoiding those foods since. Kale replaces spinach, white potatoes for sweet. They really sweetened my smoothie. 😢

I had just bought it when I was shopping one day because it smelled good, and looked like it might be moisturizing. It's a little on the pricey side - almost $10 USD in some stores, but it's worth it. Also any cream with Vitamin E and Vitamin A. Drink lots of water, but not purified water. I tried castor oil on my neck since I have a neck cramp that extends to my head. I have had a stiff blockage of muscles connected to the pain in my neck. I applied it on my skin for the first time at night. And after 10 minutes the inner nerves and muscles of my neck started to flare.
Pressure started pressing on my blocked up muscles. I thought I've overdone it since pain was reawakened at the troubled areas. After 5 hours, by the morning the bumps in my neck have soften up. Will try for 10 days to check if it really is the castor oil.

It does work for growing eyelashes and a good moisturizer, but it has not worked on anything else I tried it is claimed to do. It also made me sick to my stomach for several days putting it on my stomach. I won't try that again. It will not do anything for catarachs either. I finally had to have surgery.

@@juliafischer4229 typically I take the now brand castor oil capsules 1 to 2 when I feel stress and anxious, and it must be induced by foods.
I have also found taking the following will works in keeping my stomach calm and relaxed, with very clear mind :
1, lavender flower bud, just swallow about 1 tables spoon, dosage thru trial and error
2, yarrow flower, peppermint leaves also work in different way. Yarrow is know to relaxed our muscles, and good for blood circulation
3, zinc esp zinc L carnosine
      4, vit B complex plus, b1, b3, b5 for immediate effect. B2 works a bit longer term.
5, omega3, usually I will take 2 to 4 tripple strength, Triglycerides types, plus 2 grams of epa. They hv 500 mg epa at iherbs
6, glutamine + gaba, and glycine + nac, all will help to heal the guts and body muscles, improve our immunity, including against food sensitivity

Can you take Castor Oil everyday without harming you? I don't have a choice. I have to have something. Believe me there is nothing I haven't done. Every natural thing you can think of. Thank you!

Us Brits call a particular item "cotton buds". It is a plastic or more commonly now a wooden stick, normally 3inches (9cm) long with a small blob of tightened cotton wool at each end. Very good for cleaning your ears. The stick is about as thick as a normal match.
