    I have been following you and doing your classes for 5 years. I am doing your classes every day in the evening because I am working. I watch your live sessions at work :) and enjoy chatting after class. I am doing your challenge for the first time. I usually choose classes (mostly cardio, ballet-based, and resistance band). I prefer longer classes, 30 minutes and up. As far as I know, you are the only teacher that you don't demand of us to do exactly the way you are doing it. We are all different and modifications are okay and welcomed. I love that about you. 😍🤗

      I love Rachel as she encourages modification. Or if we can’t do a certain exercise, skip it and do something else. I modify certain exercises because of my arthritis in my hips.

    Thank you Rachel. This is a fabulous workout. I love the standing workouts the most and this one packed a nice punch in 20 minutes. And, i have a foot injury so i was able to easily modify this workout to work with my limitations. Thank you Rachel for all you do. I love your channel and your workouts. These have been really life changing for me.

    I have been doing your standing workouts for a couple of years now, and have often wished that light weights were part of the workout. So this workout was exactly what I have been hoping for. Please add more standing workouts with light weights for those of us that cannot do the mat work. Thank you for all you do. These workouts have been life changing.

    RACHEL... you are my main go-to for standing pilates... specially for seniors... i like the easy to do but effective movements AND the pace which is not to fast ..

    I really enjoyed this workout, but I like all the workouts with weights. I wish the workout was a bit longer, even five minutes longer.

    Hi Rachel, sorry I couldn’t make it live, but I just completed Day 26 January challenge, wasn’t sure what pd light weights so I used 2 pads and I could feel it and sweating and felt great a little of balance, but I’m feeling better between these and tweaked my nutrition. Thank you for this workout and I’m looking forward to Tomorrow’s Sunday and especially Monday live and all you have in store for me/ us all, hope you and Kerwin have a wonderful day!❤️❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹

    Excellent strength and balance session! Challenging with balance deficits, but by focusing, taking my time (and leaning a hip or hand against the table when necessary), I broke a sweat 😅 and got some great strength work in! Thanks so much for this, I’ve missed strength training, I know how important it is as we age. Loving this January playlist, I’ve gotten in the habit of daily Pilates, will probably revisit some of the other 30 day playlists for February!😊❤

    That was harder than I expected, especially with light weights. Shoulders are very tired.

      Absolutely, that's the joy of Pilates, the eaasier it looks, the hatrder it is. It alos means you are progressing well as you are understanding the movements on a deeper level 🤗

      Yes, it will be very helpful in building muscle and bone strength, viatl as we get older. The standing work will improve balance and help with fall prevention in the future. Lovely to have you join my channel ❤️

      If you feel ANY pain please stop. If it clicks and feels absolutely ok with no pain the following day then I wouldn't worry. If in any doubt, do please see your medical professional. 🤗

    That was a good one Rachel. Really got the burn in my thighs from the squat exercises. Happy to say I managed everything. And I’m good with balance as I practice it 2-3 x’s a week. 🥰

    I thoroughly enjoyed doing this session (well most of it) with you live last night.
    I actually have weights so I am doing this again at my normal time in the morning on the Saturday (here in Australia).
    A great workout for me. Loved it thankyou Rachel.
    I havent missed doing Pilates now for the whole 30day Challenge. 😊🎉

    Day 26, this challenge has really got me into practicing Pilates everyday, my balance seems to be better some days than others.
    I haven't got a ball and tried the last session with a cushion but didn't really work so I did a 30 minutes standing for legs and balance instead to ensure I didn't loose the motivation. Thank you for all the effort you put into your channel, it really has helped me with knee and back issues since I discovered your channel during lockdown when I could barely move my knee. I also walk as exercise and find myself thinking about my posture as I walk. Once this challenge is finished I may just have to revisit some of the previous challenges on your channel,. Great work Rachel you are a star. have a good weekend.🤩
