- Join me for a 30 Minute Standing Pilates full body workout you can do anywhere. This workout will build stronger core, arm and leg muscles through fun balance challenges, static holds and exercises to really work the Leg, Hip and Core Muscles. Prepare for shaky legs during and post class! It will be based on my Pilates and Dance background and I've created this to get you up and moving! It can be used as warm up to a longer workout or standalone as daily workout or active recovery session.

Great workout! I’ve been doing your workouts to gain strength after chemo and they’ve helped so much to get my strength back in a gentle but successful way. I recently rolled my ankle but I think because of all your ankle and heel up exercises it wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been. It actually didn’t hurt in the days after I did it. Lots of bruising but at least I could still put my weight on it. Also your exercises saved my hamstring in a slip on a wet floor in the grocery store. Again I came out of it with hardly any pain. I’m sure it’s because of all your hamstring work. Haha. I sound like a hot mess when I hear myself right now. I’m hoping I don’t do anything else🤞to myself! All that to say thanks!❤

I have been doing Rachel’s workouts for about a year now and lately I have been thinking about the muscle memory aspect of exercising. The regular performance of Rachel’s videos is starting to show in my posture! On a regular basis during the day I find that my mind becomes aware of the way I stand and I correct it so I can stand up the way Rachel teaches us!!! Thank you Rachel for your beautiful and precise explanation of every Pilates move! ❤ Rachel you are an amazing human!

I did it! Thank you Rachel! I am waiting on knee replacement and the physio said the only reason I am not incapacitated is because I do your Pilates classes daily! I have severe arthritis in one knee and moderate in the other. I am so so grateful to you

Second day in your 1st week of May routine. Did this two weeks ago. Not sure if I completed it then but I did it all to the end this morning. My knees are like jelly 😂
I’m all loosened up now and ready to prep my veggie bed. (I rotor tilled it myself Saturday. Pretty good for an almost 70 yr old.)

Brilliant workout Rachel ❤! I did the workout in a small space and worked out perfectly for me and I still felt I had a great challenging workout! In the future I also think that for some of the arm exercises I will also use light weights about 1kg each. I am saving the workout for my travel list also! Thank you Rachel❤!

Is this safe to do with osteoporosis
Helo Patricia, you need to avoid the standing roll down and any extreme lateral flexon and rotation. If you're not sure what that means Can I suggest you do the session below as an alternative, it will give you all the benefits you need and is completely safe for you, it's also just as challenging! xx 😘
