Right then, I just wanted to say, "thank you" for making these videos. You've done a nice job of making them easy to follow and explaining each step in the process. I appreciate the effort and professionalism. I'm off to put my newfound knowledge into practice. Thanks boys. - the only Addison
I have a similar set up, presto induction pressure cooker, induction hob etc... however after 90 mins the induction hob stops as it's over heated. If I leave it for 10 mins to cool down, it goes for 5 mins then over heats again. I have tried this on both of my hobs, same thing. Any tips to avoid this happening?
What kind of equipment do you use as far as gas, fittings and stove? I want to get something close to this set up as using my indoor gas over the winter is going to be non existent

Where can I buy the plate you use to drain the water when cleaning the grain? any idea what its called so I can get one please. Thanks.
After cooking the grain, how long does it take to dry?
Does it matter if I don't have a pressure gauge on my pressure cooker?
my tefal dont and only goes to 13psi. We'll see
what type of hot plate is that? apparently, much of the induction ones dont work with a lot of pressure cookers :)
That Presto 23 qt pressure canner is made to work with induction ranges. The body is aluminum, but the base is steel-clad.
Just put a steel or cast iron flat round plate under the aluminium pot and it will work fine with induction
Solid mate. I say mate now

Looks like its just a large cast iron burner with perhaps a 47kg propane gas cylinder + propane gas hose
use some tape during pressure cooking to keep the bag nice and straight
Informative, funny, quick. Perfection ✅️
So you don’t worry about the bags melting to the sides?
Wrap the bags in a towel In the pc
@@JoshuaJohnson-qr6vs No. The bags are fine in the PC. They are specifically called autoclavable bags.
You can like the inside of the PC with tinfoil
I wrap tin foil around the inside of the pressure canner. I used autoclavable bags and they stuck and then tore.
Is it normal for the rye grain jars to stink after pressure cooking?
