Peanut butter protein bars

  • This protein bars is very easy to make, they low in sugar and high protein.
    Ingredients:
    1. 2-3 scoops (60-90g) protein powder of your choice
    2. 1/4 cup (28g) almond or coconut flour
    3. 6 tbsp (96g) peanut butter
    4. 4 oz (120g) cream cheese
    5. 1/4 cup (2 oz) milk substitute or milk
    6. Chocolate chips or any other toppings of your choice
    Method:
    1. preheat oven to 350F (180C). Spray 8 x 8 inch (20 x 20cm) square baking tin with non-stick cooking spray and line with non-stick baking paper.
    2. Add all your ingredients (except chocolate chips) into a bowl and mix them together until smooth.
    3. Once mixed, press down into baking tin and flatten out your mix around tin.
    4. Bake for around 10 minutes. Once baked, take out and cool down on wire rack. Cut onto 10 bars.
