easy protein waffles

  • This waffles is very easy to make. High protein, low carb makes quick breakfast or snack.
    Ingredients:
    1. 1/8 cup (14g) almond flour
    2. 1/2 scoop (15g) protein powder
    3. 1 tbsp sweetener (erythritol)
    4. 1/2 tsp baking powder
    5. 1 large whole egg
    6. 2 large egg whites
    7. 1 tsp vanilla extract
    8. 2 tbsp greek yogurt
    Method:
    1. Preheat waffle maker.
    2. Combine all of your ingredients into a bowl and mix everything together until smooth.
    3. Spray waffle maker with some non-stick cooking spray and pour your mix in.
    4. Wait and repeat with remaining mixture.
