  • Quick and easy protein cookie recipe makes tasty snack, dessert or breakfast to enjoy.
    Ingredients:
    1. 25g vanilla protein powder
    2. 3/4 tbsp (5g) coconut flour
    3. 1/2 tsp (3g) baking powder
    4. 1 tbsp sweetener (like erythritol)
    5. 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
    6. 3 tbsp (46g) egg whites or 2 whole eggs
    7. 1/2 cup (122g) unsweetened apple sause
    8. 1 tbsp (14g) white chocolate chips
    Method:
    1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
    2. Combine all dry ingredients (except chocolate chips).
    3. Add in wet ingredients , mix until combined and smooth.
    4. Pour into prepared skillet. Sprinkle with white chocolate chips.
    5. Bake for about 25 minutes or until skewer inserted into center comes out clean.
    Makes 1 serve.
