My dog cannot stand on his back legs. We did x-ray it came out as hip dysplesia . We gave him NSAIDS for 5 days, we are giving him heat therapy, and nerve medicines. It's been 1 month he can't stand on his back leg. Please suggest something

I am again writing who ever is reading my dog was diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia . He couldn't stand on his back leg.Doctos told he will never stand untill hip replacement is done. But one professor told us lets take a chance . We gave him time to heal ... Supplied him with synopet, Himalaya Joint tablet, heat therapy, little bit exercise, royal cannine joint and mobility . Now my Simbu is able to stand on his own with in two months. It will take another 2_3 months to walk and run
