This is exactly how I felt! I had some rib and chest pain for a couple of days so wanted to take it easy now that I am feeling better and this was the perfect thing to get back into it.
Hi. My son died by suicide at the age of 32 last year & my morning battle for the day has been brutal & exhausting leaving no room for motivation to say the least. The tension I carry is tight & heavy. I began this 20 minute stretch & sculpt with you a few weeks ago (May 1st) and I just need to let you know that it has been a gift from God. Slowly & gently working through the tension & somehow it makes me feel better to get into the day a little sooner. Thank you for taking the time to put yourself out there... the impact that God is working in me through it reaches beyond anything you could have imagined in my healing process. ♡

Wow I loved this combo! Please do more like this! Perfect for a stressful or busy day when I don’t have full energy for a longer workout. Maybe a combo of Pilates plus stretching? Thanks for offering this to us.❤
You have so many phenomenal workouts, I personally think that you could stand to have more routines like this to help counter all of that great high energy work that we do in your videos. 😊

LOVED this !!!! It was a perfect "off/recovery " day routine. Enough structure to move along but not too much to make it feel like another workout day. More please! Maybe all on the floor and/or with pilates or yoga? This is going to be my new go-to off day routine!

Absolutely loved it, I've done cardio/HIIT/yoga workouts for years and suddenly realised a few weeks back - exercise routines should combine elements of all three! I would love more videos with stretching as a focus, but perhaps with some more challenging moves in between. Thank you!

When you workout regularly, eat clean healthy tasty, sleep enough.. Life becomes better. Goals get achieved faster and things are getting done in a more efficient way. I can clearly say that working out makes people suffer for only 30-60 min, but they become happy for the rest of their lives.

I am over 40 and beginning to have knee issues. It would be great if you could post alternatives for squats , lunges etc where we cannot put pressure on the knee.
Also an additional guidance of when to inhale and when to exhale in every exercise helps.

Much needed, thank you! Definitely not harder, and the open knee stuff is hard with bad hips but easy enough to modify that one move. I wouldn't want easier but more like this are awesome, like your videos!
