I love your little wisk that you used to wisk the coffee! Thankyou for showing us what you eat to loss the weight! I am having problems eating too much eggs and the butter, because I don't have my gallbladder anymore so I can't digest the fats. I already take the bile salt to help but I still have to go easy on the fats.
If you have an air fryer try cooking your sausage in it. I score it and cook until really crisp and slightly burnt ends. Delish! 400 degrees for like 10 minutes or less. I like it crispy.

Dill is so tasty and has vitamin c in it! You have to eat a lot to get enough vitamin c but dill is just such a wonderful flavor! I love adding it to chicken bone broth with some lemon

Veronica Glover hey!! Yesss just keep going. I haven’t been tracking religiously. I tracked for over 600 days and these days I will weigh some things like my butter just because I like to put in a certain amount. If I’m gaining then I will track to see what I’m doing... but after a while you will start to see where your calories are coming from and what you can adjust along the way if tracking isn’t something you want to do :)

sunflower sadie I have been having it here and there but dairy is no longer a staple. I have found that if I have it in moderation I’m ok and am able to control my cravings better. I want to try carnivore again intermittently (dairy free) to see if I can lose 20 lbs. I’m not in a hurry though lol

Canadian Beauty hey! My stepdad went into the hospital due to his congestive heart failure and we almost lost him. I have been going back and fourth twice a day to help him... cook, clean... also finished moving him from one house to the other. Been so busy :( I’ve been making him keto meals and he is doing pretty well. Hope we can keep it going ❤️

My husband was like "are you ok", I had some seriously weird cravings, I wanted vinegar! Then I figured I could make zucchini chips with vinegar! And I also wanted chocolate brownies with pecans. No, I am not pregnant (I'm peri-menopausal) I can honestly say those waffles looked amazing 😉 would it be wrong to dip them in melted butter???? 🧈 😍😁😂 I eat butter like I would eat a piece of cheese. Is that normal??

Then I realize it’s hormonal and do my best to accept that and fill up on meats and fat... but sometimes you just have to satisfy those salty and sweet cravings. We’re human. As long as we keep it keto I think it’s totally fine and won’t sabotage us. Mmmkm id try them dipped in butter. BUTTER is LIFE... well right after beef :)

I was trying to raise my d3 stores... I was super deficient. I'm trying to take 4 -8 drops a day depending if I was getting sun or not. I think I can feel an improvement.
not tracking I would say 1800+ some days I eat more and if I'm still full the next day from a high calorie dinner or something I'll just have my coffee and put off eating until I'm hungry, in the afternoon or something. I can EAT so I have been monitoring my weight on the scale if I feel like I'm full too often lol
IF your avocado plants survive ... let us know how you pulled it off.... have grown a my number of these to VERY tall seedling but they always died when transplanting 😦
