Hey Alex... I was using one brand of minoxidil for close to 4 months with good results but due to lack of availability of that product I switched to different brand with same composition (5 percent minoxidil+ 0.1 % finasteride) but having lot of hair fall. Any suggestions please
It could be that different brand has different composition of for example other ingredients. Or that something else is causing an issue and has accorded at the same time as you changed minoxidil brand

are youre realy sure you have androgenic alopecia? Could be also telogen effluvium. Im using topical fin which you could add on top because one gets additional benefits on oral and less sides then oral.

If you know how to prepare aloe vera for topical application then yes it can help you to moisturize your scalp and also adress mild problems such as dandruff. In RRF workbook there is more info how and when to apply it, etc

I've been using dutasteride hair lotion and I'm seeing new hair regrowth , I add coconut hair oil mixed with rosemary oil once a week and give my hair 2 days off on Saturdays and Sundays to just give it a little breathing space , besides all the progress ,I still notice a lot of shedding ,what am I missing?

Low levels of vitamin D can also increase DHT conversion

@@Mlko_yt yeah youre treating it wrong. Youre doctor gives you propably immunosupressants (cortison) which dont solve the problem so it comes back again. i dont now the exact causes but i have some tips on hand. Keep youre scalp moisterized by minimising heat (dont shower with high heat also no blow dryer, no products, 1-2 times shampoo per week as max. If you want to use a product you could use oil (without any other ingridient) because this is the only thing which realy helps moisturizing the skin) Sadly these things still propably wont resolve the issue but they will make it better. I think the cause for eczema and other autoimmunity conditions are bad digestion with or without a chemical (toxin) build up in the body. I read about a guy which did a blood scan for chemicals and he had a very high level of phenoxyethanol which caused very severe neurodermatitis for him. It was in all his care products. I had/have also some eczema (bleeding scalp with flakes yay) but i managed to reduce it to a minimum (minimal flakes no wounds) by stoping all hair care products (i only shower with water everyday). Also i had trouble digesting eggs so i reduced the amount i eat (food intolerances) and i made my digestion better by slowly introducing more fiber to my diet and cutting out alcohol, fried food and sugar (which i still consume but less then once a week) And for the chemical part you can look in environmental toxins (teflon pans etc) and you can help youre body detoxing them by sweating a lot from exercise or sauna but better to reduce the consumption of those things bc detoxing them is realy slow and works not that great

Finasteride and minox will make your hair shed. So hairloss will first get worse, and then after few weeks/months it will stop or get a lot better. So keep taking the finasteride.

I would suggest rechecking your vitamin D levels. Even with taking vitamin D for several months if it's not well absorbed or stopped to early it still can be insufficient. There are likely other issues as well, which would require more testing. Also you diet may have some weak spots that you need to work on

However most of my improvements have been in the crown area, not seeing anything in the frontal hair line, it's not as bad though...

If after using both oral Dutasteride, oral Minoxidil, and Keto shampoo for over a year (without sides) but is still losing alot of hair and miniaturization, both visibly and under microscope, how does one know if they should 1.) increase dose of Dut, 2.) add a topical anti-androgen such as Pyralutamide, or 3.) or a form of Estradiol? In watching some of your videos, there are various terms that I don't understand such as 1.) high or low androgen activity in scalp, 2.) aromatase, 3.) whether increase in scalp testosterone could be an issue for a small group of individuals, etc.. I'd like to do something in addition to what I'm doing now but don't want to exacerbate the situation. Any input is appreciated.
Minoxidil is a harsh chemical that will come along with other problems. I think this guy is paid by pharma to promote their products
are youre realy sure you have androgenic alopecia? Could be also telogen effluvium. Im using topical fin which you could add on top because one gets additional benefits on oral and less sides then oral.

@@Mlko_yt yeah youre treating it wrong. Youre doctor gives you propably immunosupressants (cortison) which dont solve the problem so it comes back again. i dont now the exact causes but i have some tips on hand. Keep youre scalp moisterized by minimising heat (dont shower with high heat also no blow dryer, no products, 1-2 times shampoo per week as max. If you want to use a product you could use oil (without any other ingridient) because this is the only thing which realy helps moisturizing the skin) Sadly these things still propably wont resolve the issue but they will make it better. I think the cause for eczema and other autoimmunity conditions are bad digestion with or without a chemical (toxin) build up in the body. I read about a guy which did a blood scan for chemicals and he had a very high level of phenoxyethanol which caused very severe neurodermatitis for him. It was in all his care products. I had/have also some eczema (bleeding scalp with flakes yay) but i managed to reduce it to a minimum (minimal flakes no wounds) by stoping all hair care products (i only shower with water everyday). Also i had trouble digesting eggs so i reduced the amount i eat (food intolerances) and i made my digestion better by slowly introducing more fiber to my diet and cutting out alcohol, fried food and sugar (which i still consume but less then once a week) And for the chemical part you can look in environmental toxins (teflon pans etc) and you can help youre body detoxing them by sweating a lot from exercise or sauna but better to reduce the consumption of those things bc detoxing them is realy slow and works not that great

Finasteride and minox will make your hair shed. So hairloss will first get worse, and then after few weeks/months it will stop or get a lot better. So keep taking the finasteride.

I would suggest rechecking your vitamin D levels. Even with taking vitamin D for several months if it's not well absorbed or stopped to early it still can be insufficient. There are likely other issues as well, which would require more testing. Also you diet may have some weak spots that you need to work on

I get bumps on my scalp from dermarolling that doesn't go away. I still use the minoxidil every day, though.
@@ABucc bumps could mean that scalp is either out of balance or needles for micorneedling where not desinfected or scalp itself was not washed before microneedling. Either way it's a problem and I would suggest watching my livestream recording on how to adress it or implament steps in RRF workbook
