Resistance Band Workout for weight loss in Hindi | Weight loss program for beginners | Part 7

    It’s true that a cardio workout burns more calories than a weight-training. However, your metabolism may stay elevated for longer after weights than cardio, it increases your RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) and you burn more calories during the resting period. Thus, the ideal exercise program for improving body composition and health includes cardio and weights. Keeping this in mind, follow this intense Resistance Band Workout Session for weight loss. It's challenging but very effective.

    HIIT wala toh kal burpees ke baad pura nahi hopaya tha mujhse kal but Aaj pura ka pura ekdm time ke saath pura hua. Kash Bina cardio ke bhi sirf weight training se weight kam hojata 🥲

    Thanks for such a wonderful and knowledgeable videos on ful body workout plan with resistance bands it will for sure help when folks like us feel a bit lazy and want to skip..this workout can be utilised well for such instances.
    Sir I have a question which I want to ask you why do people have cardiac arrest while working out in the gym? I mean for sure they take of their food, sleep and workout and are healthy then what could lead to such a instance. I mean recently the number of such instances have gone up? I was reading and thought ask you if you could help with an answer.
    I mean would the reason be excessive training or something else. What the correct method iir time duration for training? can HIT be done everyday? Too much of anything is bad for sure. But then how can such instances be avoided? What's the interval between each workout recommend? Hope my question makes sense and could help many of us to know and ensure we are playing safe that's all...

      Thanks Shabeer. Excellent question, I'm glad that you asked and it totally makes sense. Regular workout and a healthy nutritious diet both are important for a healthy lifestyle but there are some factors like your stress level, pre-existing medical issues, medical history, lifestyle (smoking, alcohol, drugs, etc.), sleep cycle, etc. also need to be considered before you start following any workout schedule or diet. That’s why It's always recommended to talk to your doctor before you start your fitness journey as it’s better to be safe than sorry. As you know, when we work out our heart rate goes up and if someone has preexisting heart issues which he/she may or may not be aware then it may create issues while working out. And as you said, excess of anything is not good and same applies to workout as well. Always listen to your body while working out and take decisions accordingly. Sometimes pushing yourself too hard is not worth it.
      Yes, you can do HIIT every day but keep it short (10-15 min) as prolonged HIIT may cause heart issues. If you are asking about the rest between each workout, then I suggest 60-90 sec rest is enough. I hope I answered all your questions. Thanks!

    I used to workout in the gym till 4 months ago but I had to leave it due to travelling. Now I’ve gotten these resistance bands and want to lose upto 4 kgs quickly. Should I go for this workout plus HIIT workout of yours OR push pull legs training by you?

      Hi Ishita, in order to lose weight the concept is simple, keep your calories intake less than your maintenance calories. Means you need to burn more calories than you consume in a day (300-500 calories deficit). As far as the workout is concerned, do both HIIT and resistance training alternate days (take 1-2 days rest per week) with high protein diet. You should start seeing the results in 8-12 weeks.

      Avoid the workout where you have to lift the lower body like leg raises etc. Rest should be ok. If you have any pre existing back issues then I suggest to check with your doctor before following any of these workouts.

      No, its doesn’t work like that. You need time to recover so rest is very important to sew the results. Do it 4-5 times a week max and see how it goes.

      Jyada cardio karne se extra calories to burn hongi lekin muscle loss bhi hoga agar calories aur protein proper nahi hai to.. overtraining hosakti hai.. Muscle growth ke liye rest bahut important hai.

      No, if you keep protein high (2.2g per kg body weight) and do regular resistance training then you can maintain your muscle mass.

      Dono zaruri hai. Weight training 4-5 days a week and 2 cardio sessions 20-30 mins a week. Lekin weight loss ke liye sabse important hai calories deficit. Agar workout aur cardio ke baad bhi calories high hai to fat kam nahi hoga.

      Hello Sanjay, Its not possible to reduce fat from a particular body part. When you lose overall body weight, fat from other stubborn area also start getting reduced eventually. And in order to lose weight, you need to be in calories deficit. Eat less calories than your maintenance calories. Thanks!

      Hello Murali, make sure you are in calories deficit if you want to lose weight. If your daily calorie intake is more than you burn everyday then your weight will increase.

      No, it will be too much. I suggest you to do it alternate days for the best results. 2-3 days rest / recovery period in a week is recommended.

      No workout can reduce fat from a particular part of a body.. spot reduction is s myth. You lose overall body weight and eventually from chest, belly, thighs etc. And in order to lose weight you need to be in calories deficit.. eat less calories than you burn (TDEE) 👍 300 calories deficit to start with

      Hi, If you’re talking about the increase in the size of the obliques muscles then it won’t happen with the light weights.. you have to lift really heavy and that too in progression to increase the size and make it wider..else its fine.

    Brother when should we start increasing the weight of resistance bands used? Is there any particular duration?

      Ideally you should increase gradually in every set but in this workout video you can try increasing in every session according to your fitness level. Does that make sense?

      @@FitnessMyLife yes brother. I'm currently around 95kg and have been doing this workout since last month.
      But in this routine for some of the exercises I still feel exhausted so I'm thinking I should use the same weights as before for those exercises and increase weights for those exercises which I find easy. Is it fine?
