I have recently started working out with weights and resistance bands and was on a lookout for workouts. Stumbled upon this channel and did this workout today and enjoyed it a lot. Will try your other workouts too.

Thank you for actually using resistance bands and not body bands or loop bands that people casually label resistance bands. It's hard to find workouts that actually use these even though there's dozens of search results claiming to use them😅 I'm actually an old school gym rat, I'm now 63 and want to get back in shape after suffering some illnesses. But one thing I do know is that bodybuilding the right way teaches specific titles and labels and rules so it's tough on this old gal to see people just throwing around popular labels instead of being precise 👏

this is so great thanks. i have some issues to watch out for…. rotator cuffs…..range issues w hip and knee replacements…but i started the band a few weeks ago and i think this is going to be my salvation. 🎸🎸😎😎
I started regularly training with you guys since May last year (also bought the program as an early bird) and have lost more than 11kg so far. It's not a lot of weight but the transformation is astonishing. Jen is such an inspiration because I have seen her progress in earlier videos after she had the first boy to being in perfect shape several videos later. She has always been beautiful but it's just ultra motivating to see the transformations happening from video to video. Thank you for the amazing workouts!!

FitGent does a really good full body no attachment resistance band workout video to which can be really good to add in with other routines imo. I have a rowing machine that I use 6/7 days per week for 40 min per day. I tried your video, and it was amazing. Really helped with the muscles not used in rowing. Thanks for my new go-to video and a boost of motivation.
