Think about something as simple as a toddler! If a toddler is watching paw patrol daily, they run around barking and pretending to be dogs etc. if they’re playing a lot with trains, they tell everyone they’re a train conductor. Simple and harmless things but definitely proof that what you take in is going to reflect in you as a person. Silly example but easy to see.
Awesome episode y'all have been very inspirational in my walk with Jesus! The ending comment on legalism got me though, I'd love to hear an episode on the idea that "it's not legalistic to pursue holiness" or that trying to do everything right isn't legalistic.
I listened to the podcast ths morning and laughed throughout the beginning, I could only imagine. I had to watch it and see how it went down. NATE PLEASE 🤣🤣🤣
Haha I love you guys! This is so true! What Kathy was saying sounds like what the book "Atomic Habits" (James Clear) discusses- how to habit stack so that you can either begin a helpful new habit or stop an unhelpful habit!
adding to the unaffected part- it may not necessarily affect you outwardly, but there will always be an inward effect. doing something that may be questionable will make you numb to that questionable thing. and your boundary is pushed ever so slightly further from God that you don't even notice. and that keeps compounding with whatever questionable things you do. just more thoughts~

It's soo true.. mine is romantic country music... it's something I know really affects my heart and causes me to want a relationship like the songs...
Happy Monday to everyone from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic! We should guard our hearts from sin!

Listened on my drive to work this morning and I had to come on and see that intro 🤣🤣
That was the best intro in podcast history
had to explain to my friends after sending these videos to them that Nate is the guy that asks all the sarcastic questions 😅😅😅
JP was about to humble Nate with some JuJitsu
This is so so good! So real and so truthful! So much wisdom!
Nate looks genuinely scared in that choke hold💀😭
I came here from Spotify to see the UFC match in the intro… it did not disappoint 😂
Nate is looking so cute today.
Mmm come on Kathy!! Stopping to think about your thoughts and feelings.

If I'm the first comment do I get to pick the next podcast episode 😙
