Yeah I had a lot of gospel conversations with a college classmate at one point and there were a lot of really annoying, rough, rude people in the class. One day someone made a comment about us talking when we shouldn’t be and then a few people started implying that I was flirting with this guy. That was not my intention whatsoever and I don’t think he thought so either but it made both of us feel super awkward for the rest of the semester. I was honestly a bit crushed because I was genuinely praying for this person and excited to share about God with him. It made me want to leave the class. But I just prayed about it and asked for wisdom on how to act.
How did your friendship end up with the guy you talked abt the gospel with? Itd be sad to hear it became weird after that, I hope you guys were able to eventually recover from the awkwardness, sounds like it could’ve been a fruitful friendship
Such a great conversation, I think navigating guy/girl relationship is such an uncovered and undirected conversation for young adults. Especially the term 'flirty'
I don’t think she’s coming back. She said in a previous episode she wouldn’t be returning after she had her baby. I don’t remember which episode though
