Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth; I have not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I have come to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; and one's foes will be members of one's own household” (Matthew 10:34-36).

Jesus is coming to divide Good and Evil. This brings great comfort to the believer. We want everything bad to be far away from everything good. New Heaven and New Earth must be perfect. Most people believe Heaven is perfect. We are not. The blood of Jesus takes away the sins of us that believe Him to be Lord and we get to live in perfection forever. It’s a division that is desperately needed. We want that so bad because love must be sincere. Love what is good, hate what is evil

What an interesting and awesome video! One question I have is, if I want to give something away and I did not benefit from it nor does it glorify God should I still give it away? Or what should I do with it now? God Bless y’all!✝️🩷

I really appreciate the mention of scrupulosity. As a pastor it's gotta be hard to preach a message that convicts the lukewarm but doesn't terrify the obsessive, so I think that distinction is important.

@8:55 did the blonde guy just say that his wife getting a tubal ligation is “less invasive” than his vasectomy?!?! Go do some research. Additionally does he know what women go through in childbirth? You have peoples faces and fingers and instruments all up in your business for hours. Plus going through the most painful experience. Oh and while we are on the subject, what women go through on a regular basis with just regular doctors visits. Clearly he doesn’t know what a speculum is. Grow up and quit whining.

20:47 as a college student I can speak to this, my response is honor the Lord in EVERYTHING we do, if I can stay late up at night I MUST be able to go to serve, of course being a good steward however, its for me being honorable, honest and holding integrity in every decision as much as I possibly can.

John was the greatest born amongst men because he was a prophet who sought the face of the father continually he shunned the world and gave up his life for Christ before even meeting him. He was born with the Holy Spirit and lived with it until he died it seemed. The kingdom of heaven is at hand in the manuscripts meant that it was coming. The kingdom is a real place with angels and the spiritual world is a real thing that us humans don’t have full access to and the Bible makes that very clear. Jesus said to the Pharisees that the kingdom of God is in your midst in a particular context and I contend that it still is as our ruler still exists and that king rule our hearts

The kingdom of heaven is within you. We put our own limitations on God. We ask Him to help us change, rather than allowing Him to change us. Our faith limits what He can do through us.

Loved the podcast guys. But I think JP may have been wrong when he said there’s no example of a relationship inbetween marriage and friendship in Scripture. 1 kings 1:1-4 kept coming to mind and I feel like that is an example given she is beautiful and lies in king David’s arms, but knew her not.
