Halfway through the meditation I started crying. All the thoughts and worries that I shoved aside and buried under a huge load of work and tasks finally came through. For quite a time I felt the need to cry but I just couldn't. Instead, I held on tight and couldn't let go. Maybe because I was afraid. I still have a feeling of inner tension but something has changed. Now I am more open to heal. I'll try to implement meditation in my daily routine. Thank you so much, Jessica!
