I've done this meditation so many times at this point but every time I do it again I still find it super cute how you say "nice" at 5:48 ^^ This is my favourite meditation at the moment although I love your meditations!
Perfectly well rounded for both body and mind... no matter the current mental or physical state. Personally after working exhausting 12 hour days, 4 times a week, there is no better combination than the yoga in bed stretch to relax the body followed by a guided meditations to quiet the mind. It's like magic how much better I feel within an hour. And of course for the morning, there are the several targeted yoga routines that energize, tone, and strengthen the body while the stress and tension just fall away!

In my personal humble opinion, bliss (ananda) in the context of meditation, can be indescribable and drug-like, does not have to be tied to a certain position like zazen-- and in an intermediate stage you can walk around and do things in it; it is highly difficult to realize, and requires a stilled, quieted, non-labelling, relaxed, non-threatened, grateful, and receptive mind, but can potentially be realized through the humble and consistent reading of Advaita Vedanta teachers and texts.
I start my day with this mediation I choose peace, I choose love, I choose gratitude 💚
