      L, I always think about breathing and when I'm alone or going to sleep then all my attention and Focus on my breathing and makes me uncomfortable although I checked my respiratory system is good. no , physical problem is there. But, only thing is I put my attention to my breathing and it's makes me uncomfortable and I try to divert my mind but it goes again and again. Its been month ? Please say solution

    this meditation is my favorite one out of all the ones i’ve tried before. the part where it instructs you to imagine a place of peace had me crying because i have severe anxiety and panic disorder and i’ve never felt that much peace before. i will be back to return to that space when i need it. i feel REJUVENATED!!! ❤️

      @@zairaabdul5989 Heal yourself. Reduce negative thoughts. Its quite simple. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts and anxiety For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your natural incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 10-15 minutes or more. Slowly negative thoughts will reduce and relax the mind. Whenever you are free during the day or night before sleep sit or lie down still for a few minutes and observe your breath. Being still reduces negative thoughts. Do the above practice daily to have a good life. Best wishes and prayers. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

    Psilocybin saved my life. I was addicted to heroin for 15 years and after Psilocybin treatment I will be 3 years clean in September. I have zero cravings. This is something that truly needs to be more broadly used in addiction treatment.

      The Trips I've been having have really helped me a lot,I finally feel in control of my emotions and my future and things that used to be mundane to me now seem incredible and full of nuance on top of that I'm way less driven by my ego and I have alot more empathy as well

    i m a doctor i work sometimes 30 hours straight and deal with all kinds of rude n cruel people.i got so much depressed lately and was looking for guided meditation when your last meditation video was uploaded i saved it in my phone and meditate to it almost regularly u have no idea aileen how much u have helped me thankyou so much espacially your words that thoughts r like clouds just observe and let go i used to overthink everything and then be upset at overthinking.this line realy helped me

    Thankyou Lavendaire for your meditation videos. I've been using one of your 20-minute meditations every evening for about a month and now you've released this! already used in the past 2 evenings and I've had to share it with close friends! The segment about the future being but a figment of the imagination clicked my mind into a new perspective, the peace it bought me ended up bringing me to tears of relief. I've been struggling a lot mentally as of recent, to a point where I've been having anxiety attacks. I am in a much better place now since I have pulled myself out of the slump I was in, there are lots of variables that put me into the position I was in about a month ago where all seemed lost, but rebuilding old healthy habits such as meditation, cold showers, exercise, good nutrition and being productive with my days, it has compounded up and bought me back to a healthy mindset.
    Yourself, your videos, and this community you have built are amazing! Thanks again c:

      It’s uplifting to hear your story of success! Many of us are in a dark place right now that we may have not been in before. Knowing there is a way back out gives me hope.     i really needed this today. i have been overwhelmed with emotions and anxiety. i have so many faults and i hope that i can change. i want to be better and i want to change. i have so much anxiety bc i feel like i lost my bf. i hope he comes back but i know i hurt him and i feel so much guilt. i need peace in my life and so does he. i hope he forgives me one day. what i feared the most was losing him and now that its happening i am so scared to be without him. i know i can change and be better. my ptsd and depression got the best of me. i lost control of my emotions. i am so heart broken. i feel so alone. your meditations have been helping me get through this week and my life. thank you so much

      Being a student, off late my priority and goal has only been on working hard to get into a good college. But when she asked me to visualise what what peace was for me, I realised all I needed was less noise from my windows and people around me with a fresh fragrance.     I just meditated along with this video for the first time today and I must thank you so much for this. I have been very stressed and anxious over the past few weeks due to the pandemic, political news, and undergoing the process of purchasing a home. This really helped me anchor myself.     I've decided to meditate early this morning because my anxiety is getting worse day by day and I just can't control my mind to be peace anymore. I didn't expect that I'll cry especially on the visualization part, imagining a peace life that I want made me tear up because my anxiety always putting a wall to my mind-putting images that I don't want to happen. I cried seeing my family laughing together. I will definitely meditate again before I sleep. Thank you for this amazing meditation! 🍂🌞🌷

    Thank you miss lavendaire you indeed is the answer for my prayers I had been suffering from anxiety I thought that it is just a minor thing my reaction or defense mechanism for work that I have to do but it affected me so much to the point that I will hurt my self to ease the frustration every time I had been praying for the past week to clear my mind and yes you are the answer to my prayers thank you and thank you Lord for using miss lavendaire to be a way for me to be at ease

    I've never really done a guided meditation before, but things have gone so sour in my heart and soul in the last week, that I decided I was up for anything. Things are going well, but I've been progressively more stressed for days. I can't sleep at night, all of my thoughts are of failure, self-loathing, disgust, and anguish, and when I'm not feeling those things, I don't feel anything at all. This is the worst my anxiety and depression have been in months.
    This meditation relaxed my whole body, and the act of mentally repeating those loving affirmations brought tears to my eyes. This video is a month old, but it truly helped me a lot, and I'll be using it again at bedtime tonight. Thank you so much for making it. ❤️

    i’ve honestly been so anxious since the pandemic but for the past week or so its been horrible and i’ve tried meditation a few times, but this was the first day where i could actually let go of all my thoughts and just relax for a while so from the bottom of my heart thank you so much for making these guided meditation videos.

    I've listened to this a lot of times. Whenever i am stressed, anxious, tired or uneasy. I feel relaxed and recharged after listening and following the stretching and breathing exercise. So thank you. I cannot do deep hard core meditation like what the monks do. This is simply good enough for me.

    What an amazing experience. I saw myself praying at my altar and then cradled in the arms of Jesus where I felt comforted and at peace. It was just lovely and I feel less anxious now.

    I've struggled with anxiety in the past, but had "cured" myself for years, until my kid turned 3 and a Pandemic shook the world. Now I find myself struggling with anxiety again, and it's no easier this time. I'm only a few days back into my meditation practice, but already this video is helping immensely. This is now my go-to daily meditation. It's a wonderful combination of techniques, and by the end, I feel better every time. Thank you so much! I'm very grateful to have happened upon your channel.

    This was just what I needed. I was stressed and overwhelmed about school and now I feel clear. My eyes started to tear up halfway through since I was at peace with myself. Also, about halfway through there was some noise from downstairs and it didn't bother me or take me out of my meditation!

    I am a person who get highly stressed over small things and who is very lazy to do things. Today I somehow started this meditation and as seen in the comments tears started in my eyes too when I started to imagine the peaceful place in my life( I didnt believed while reading the comments ). I imagined my whole family in white dress in a beautiful garden which is heaven. I am born in an islamic family but still I am not doing so much things to succeed in life. But now as by imagining my happy and peaceful place , I want to reach heaven and fulfill my dream of being in that place. It was so much beautiful that I want to live there for the rest of the time .And from today onwards I will be a better person to fullfill my dream.     thank you for #1 not putting ads on any of this and #2 bringing a whole new perspective to how i look at the past present and future. too often i overthink about what is going to happen or what has happened, and this really actually put some rational thinking in my head about how i perceive time, and it really showed me how ungrateful i am for the present.

    I have never tried meditation before, but I have been struggling with anxiety, and this has helped to bring a little bit of peace to my day, and some of the affirmations made me very emotional because they really were things that I needed to tell myself. Thank you for this

    I've been going through a stressful and emotional time so during the visualisation part.. I teared up and after I felt a bit of release and I also had a headache. So this meditation helped ALOT! Thank you ❤️🌙⭐️

    I just did this meditation and honestly the stretches and the affirmations are so relaxing especially for me as I am currently facing massive anxiety issues because of graduation and being confused about my life so thanks a lot Aileen for this wonderful meditation!!! ❤😘

      L, I always think about breathing and when I'm alone or going to sleep then all my attention and Focus on my breathing and makes me uncomfortable although I checked my respiratory system is good. no , physical problem is there. But, only thing is I put my attention to my breathing and it's makes me uncomfortable and I try to divert my mind but it goes again and again. Its been month ? Please say solution

    This is so good, especially on the part of ''visualize your place of peace''. I always feel so emotional here, visualizing myself sitting in front of a big house in the countryside, with my whole family, full of trees, plants, flowers, and peace. I always start crying and feeling good and motivated.

    I love this motivation. It is my favorite. I endured a load of anxiety due to a divorce and losing a business during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic. I started a new business and use this mediation to relax when overwhelmed.

    My boyfriend mentioned to me that he does meditation. I've never been interested until I recently went through trauma that nearly broke me. Today was my first day doing meditation. When I opened my eyes, I literally felt lighter. I am going to continue to use and do this daily. It's never too late to begin again. 💙💪

    the first time I cried doing your guided meditations, made me realize I've been holding my feelings off the past month and been worried things might be going too fast for me and I might not be able to remember things that happen, when I started imagining my peace images of being with my family first popped off that made me realize that even though I have a love & hate relationship towards them I still can't deny the fact that I love the peace I'm in when I'm with them

    I don't usually leave comments but I felt obliged to thank you! I needed this so much more than I realised. I struggle with anxiety and it has been building up over the past week until yesterday when I was sexually harassed while I was out and it pushed me over the edge. I felt so much anger and negativity inside myself that I realised I hadn't smiled at all today. Saying " I am safe" out loud is what made me smile and brought a small tear to my eye. Thank you for allowing me to find my happy again

    I can’t verbalize how much this meditation means to me and what it does to me on a daily basis. It’s soothing, healing, and it calms down my anxiety every time so I do it even when I don’t feel like it hahah. It’s like the best homework there is. You are a precious beautiful human being.     my panic attack was beginning before i did this. my panic attacks are my nigtmare. i cant find words to describe my feelings and peace at the end of the meditation. it really helped and calmed me. thank you so much for saving me. sending love and light to anyone who reads this.

    just wanted to thank you for this guided meditation. my anxiety has been quite severe the past few months and i was apprehensive to try meditation bc i didn’t think it could actually work. the part where you say to imagine urself in ur happy place brought me to tears very unexpectedly and brought me peace i haven’t felt in a long time. thank you so much for all you do ❤️

    Love this! Really peaceful and restful, and so needed in this time. I love that you include some gentle physical movement too, as it helps expend energy, allowing the body to become more relaxed. When the body is relaxed, the mind can more easily relax too. Well done!

    It's been awhile since I meditated and when I started imagining my happy place I saw the friend beautiful places like the beach the forest with water coming down and I saw everyone I ever loved that I lost my two cats one of my dogs and my grandma and Friends it was overwhelming this is the first time I cried this much when doing mindful meditation I will definitely redo this meditation thank you so much. I suffer from anxiety every single day and it's been a real struggle thank you so much for doing this.

    I’ve been feeling exhausted and hopeless about life lately, and I fear that the career I am pursuing will be the end of me. It is as if everything is just not possible and that if this is what life will look like, I don’t want to be in it. But after this meditation, I am reminded of the love and protection from the universe, and I saw a beautiful future with me and my mom in a beautiful house we both will be safe and thrive in. I don’t care how hard this will get I will try really hard to make it happen. I trust and let go.
