What a very realistic video, that captures how us moms feel. This hit me deeply in the feels. I have 3 kids, 13, 5 and 1. I had postpartum depression and anxiety, and felt the "pressure" of motherhood and still do. You managed to capture the ups and downs of motherhood perfectly. Raising kids is not easy to do. Congratulations on a wonderful campaign, and a realistic video. Thank you for this.

I watched it with teary eyes. It brought back memories of being a mom. I have experienced postpartum depression. This ad is so well created. I am glad people talk about it more now. 8 months into the baby phase and still I cry off and on because life is hard and a baby is the hardest thing I have ever been through. Mine is a sensitive baby and not the best sleeper with all his changes. It’s been one big regression with tiny bits of light. I have been to war and this is the hardest. Everyone has a different experience but I dont know how I got through my emergency c section and I dont know how I have made it this far. My heart goes out to mothers who have hormonal imbalances, older first time mothers, no support, no sleep, single moms, moms floating every boat, and the overwhelming emotions that come from it all. I seriously do not know how people have multiples unless they have a good system. Babies are too innocent and beautiful to not try even when you suffer.

I had Postpartum Deppresion many years ago after my Second baby was born I thought how will I do this both in diapers at the same time back then not much was said about it ,Speak out Don't hold all that in share with close family or close friends or Doctor it happens no shame this is real 🌷

Can dove stop our Government from putting people on the street with their children and then taking them because their homeless. We have all been drained mentally physically and financially 😪. I'm glad my children are grown. I feel so sorry for this generation 😞.God help us all.
And postpartum depression can hit later... with my first, I thought I was so lucky, I thought wrong, ha. 6 months after giving birth?? Yes. Absolutely 💯 real. My OB fortunately knew this. But I have seen a lot of misinformation, essentially on social media mommy groups. In any case, all you mamas are Rockstars and you've got this!!❤❤

I would like to hear his take on the lesbian couple. One of the women had to give birth, I am guessing the short haired woman since it shows her most (plus tired in the shower), and then her partner with the long braids is shown a few times. I understand it is an advertisement for moms, but postpartum depression happens to women who gave the birth. It is also good to consider the partners who help the women who gave birth, which is shown with the lesbian couple (I applaud them giving credit as a family unit helping to raise a child) BUT If they were going to do that, they could also show the fathers who are present helping. The only shot they had was of the mom up with the baby while the dad sleeps. Give credit where credit is due. My husband has woken up many times and asked if I was okay or need help.
@@bambicrandi I agree, lots of women who give birth need a partner that'll be there to support them and help them threw it and that goes for the mental stuff as well.
Maybe in the future we'll see it but I think it's alright for now.
