      Water takes up the a portion of volume of the blood vessel which was previously filled with excess gas as a result the excess gas is excreted as burp.

    My current water intake is 5-6 Litre/day
    Immediately after waking up: 1 litre
    Throughout the day: 2-3 litre
    Gym: 2 litre

      5-6 ? I don't know bro. I don't think so it's advisable just because you go to gym because too much of anything on a daily basis would also backfire. If you perspire too much max 3 liters. That's more than enough. Check the urine color as a proof. Check the skin.

    When you say something is not scientifically proven, how do you want us to understand that? I understand there are other medical systems(for example, Ayurveda) has a different view about drinking water before meals. Are you saying those medical systems are unscientific? You don’t seem arrogant enough to claim whatever is not within your knowledge is unscientific! Can you clarify please?

    Doc, I drink almost 2 to 2.5 liters of water every morning as soon as I wake up and then another 2 liters for the entire day. For the days where I am not able to drink 2 liters during the day time, I feel I am constipated the next day morning. Suggestions?

    Hello Doctor … Kids playing sports like soccer/basketball/tracks need more kind of electrolytes during the games . I give my 9 year old boy 500 ml of lemon water with sugar and salt added to drink apart from the 750 ml water botle during the games . Is it good to have or is there anything else that we could give for kids during games/matches? If possible can you please do a video on that

    Doctor I'm drinking 3.6 liters of water, is OK. Earlier I was drinking 4.5 liters. But most of the time I use toilet if I drink 4 or 4.5 liters.

    Hello Dr.pal i have another question. I drink 3 litres of water alone per day. But when i do that i feel like urinating every one hour atleat. On the days when i drink less then 2 litres i don't urinate that much. Is urinating 1 or 1.5 hour once is bad during the day?

    Is it good to consume the purified water from copper jug or container? I can see some layers formed after keeping the purified water over night and idk that is something normal or shouldn’t store that water in copper container. Previously i use to consume the normal drinking water from corporation with same container which will not create any such laters leaving it over night.

    I like to drink water from 50 to 100 TDS range you can stretch to 150 but after that water's taste changes to be hard that I don't like.

    Thanks for information. I do 30 hours of fasting once in a week. Issue is not the hungry but I developed an unpleasant test in my mouth. I tried with Keto Chewing Gum in the market but it is not effective much. Do you have any solution for this issue?
    As you said I watched my urine colour and decide the amount of water I have to drink. But I always keep the amount of water I drink as minimum as possible because frequent urination is a nuisance.

    Thanks dr pal i lost 15kgs from 95kgs to 80kg even tho everyone spot a difference (my waist went from 106 to 86) i still have love handles i have small waist and big abdominal circumference just because of my side fat what should I do sir, my concern is if i lose more weight my arms and thighs will become like twigs.

    Hey Dr pal you are a big inspiration and I learned how important gut bacteria and circadian rhythms are !! However I have a question for you : is it true that different foods need different digestive enzymes and time they stay in stomach so if you combine fruits immediately after with a fully cooked meal would affect proper digestion and that I digested food could cause bad effects in gut ?

    Thank you Doctor. A couple of things. When you mention the quantum, does it have a relation to the total mass of the person. And about TDS - there are talks about mineral denial to the body that are available in non RO plain water and is recommended by someto boil the tap water for a few minutes, filter it upon cooling and settling. Could you please let us know your views.

      I don't think it's needed. RO already removes metals and minerals, then if you have mineral cartridge you can restore all the lost minerals, then if you have a UV lamp in your RO filter, it will kill any germs or bacteria.
