Whenever i eat after 7 or 8 pm people i always have gas or acid problem. So i avoid having dinner after 7 pm, if im hungry i only drink milk or puffed rice without adding anything or sometimes only 1 fruit. 😅
If i take my dinner 3-4 hr before sleeping, i can't sleep properly. Also sleep quality get reduced. Because i feel hungry. I'm in my weight loss journey. What should i do??

Hey it can mainly be thirst. So try hydrating well first. Like drink water. The messenger for hunger and thirst are in the same place in the body. So water water water.

@@anshikabarai6470 Actually i take 3 balanced meal with all macro nutrients included, and take 1 snack where i drink 250ml of buttermilk. But the problem is in my dinner, if i take my dinner 3-4 hr before bed then i feel hungry while sleeping. So can i reduce the time to 2 hr before bed?? That is my question
