I love this! I'm going to university in 2 months and little versions of these will be perfect for pencil pots or little cosies for the houseplants I'm taking with me!

Really quick using the rope, holds up to weather outside, plus you get to pick pretty accent colors. Thanks Melanie.

Melanie this is such a cute basket and you make it look easy to do but unfortunately my poor old hands can't do it and its to hard for me to do but I love it . Hope your staying healthy and safe and sending you hugs and love . I love your videos and have made many of your baby blanket and hat patterns and I'll keep on doing them.
    Love Maria

I know my “online name” is not Grandma Dawn, but that’s what all the kids in my very small town in rural southwest Nebraska call me. I want to Thank You so much for this tutorial. I haven’t crocheted for a very long time, but need to get started again as I approach retirement. Crocheting should be easy and completely stress free. This tutorial is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Thank you for your help. Wish me luck. I think I can do it. Keep up the good work. 😊

Awesome video! I'm just starting out and you're doing an excellent job explaining how it all works.
Can you do a video on crocheting a triangle shaped shawl? Nothing fancy, just a simple and easy design. Thank you so much for what you're sharing!😁

I’ve been crocheting for about a year now, I started I think in November 2019 because one of my friends had gifted me some yarn she had laying around and I didn’t know what to do with it so I did some research and I came across crochet and i really like this tutorial and since I do crochet now my yarn has gotten out of hand 😅 so I’m gonna make some for all my yarn.

Amber M I love using Maker yarn for baskets. Remember to give a little tug on each stitch to keep it tight.

I have baskets on my list for my next crochet project. I'm definitely going to try these, but I'm also looking for something more rectangular. Any suggestions? If you have a video for it, I missed it.

I love your channel! I am trying this pattern out using the 4mm rope instructions. My rope keeps getting ripples. Any idea why? I thought I was adding stitches so I tried again - paying close attention to the count and still the same issue. What am I doing wrong? 🙃

How about making it with "plarn " ( that's yarn made out of plastic bags). It won't cost you anything cause you get the bags from the store.

Is there an easy way to crochet with this macrame thread? I feel like I'm fighting an alligator to get it through every stitch. Thanks.
