The video is uploaded to UA-cam by an official Casio profile, we have to understand that it is real, what is not clear is the distance of the detonation.

While they are using plastic explosive (which causes alot of damage)they've added liquid fuel eg petrol to make the explosion look bigger and more powerful. In fact the soot is probably caused by the liquid fuel.
So yes but also no.
