Good posture for all, about 5 reps: Chin tucks Neck extension Ears to shoulders (can stretch with fingers) Back / Chest stretch Wrist rotation (down and outwards) Stretch wrist into extension (base on fingers) Standing back extension Hamstring stretch Walk as often as you can
My back and shoulders and wrists feel soooooo much better when I remember to do this. I would love to see a dedicated video like this for healthcare workers!!!
good one guys, just relieved my back pain. I started my 1st office job ever and really want to work on improving my mobility overall. Happy to have found this channel
Hello 👋 Sirs Bob and Brad.. This video is very helpful although it is not related to my sciatica. But I forwarded this to my best friend who's work involves paperwork and she's seated most of the time and complains of back, neck and shoulder pains. More power to your program. God bless 😀
Love how doable all these stretches are. I’ve been following you for over one month and have gotten my family to watch as well. My plantar fasciitis is completely healed from exercises you recommended in another video. You are both super. Thanks.
been working at an office for bit over a year now and was really only looking for something for my wrist pain. found something much better thank you so much! felt so much better after and i have been off work for about 5 hrs
Thank you for this video! Exactly what I was looking for! I just turned 30 and been having neck, upper back and right (my dominant) arm issues for the last couple of years since working from home at my desk full time.
"Whatever trips your trigger"? Love those Midwestern (?) expressions. Seriously though, I really hope that people will listen to you guys and take care of themselves while working on the computer all day. It is amazing how much simple muscle tension can mess you up.
LOVE your videos! You helped me a lot with the hip stretches when I was in pain so bad I could barely walk. When I was stationed in Seoul Korea many many years ago, we drove by a a very large manufacturing company. I looked in the windows as driving by and all the office workers were standing up doing their stretches... in their nice office clothes. At the time I thought it hilarious... you reminded me of this when you made the statement about imagining 372 people in a large office building doing these stretches.....
Add some shrugs with dumbbells and reverse flys with bands or dumbbells. Also, stretch pecs in a doorway or something. So, the idea is stretch the front, strengthen the back. Then you're not curled up like a leaf in pain. I spent a lot of money to learn this in PT. I can see why you guys have 4.6 mil subs. Great chemistry, easy going and informational.
Thanks for the great video! It is very helpful. Can I ask if I can add a translation to the subtitle here or if I can download the video and redistribute it with a subtitle?
As always, you guys are great. Enjoy your videos. Also, the way you talk and joke around. I am midwestern as well, just a bit to the East of you, near Lake Michigan
Thank you Bob & Brad! You're funny and the exercises are helpful! Thanks for reminding us stretching can make us more productive, sometimes one feels it's best to just hammer out everything, but health should come first!
Any signs or tests that check for a slap tear? My top and side (chest side) of my shoulder has been doing a lot of cracking and popping recently and hurts more when I'm doing something with my arms above my collarbone like reaching for something that is high. Will get an mri for sure though.
Hello Bob and Brad! I was wondering should you feel dizzy stretching yor neck backwards and forward? I tried turning my head to the right and the left. When I turned my head to the left it hurt a little bit. Remember, I mentioned that I have Osteo-Arthritis in my whole back. Any suggestions you can suggest to me would be very helpful to me. .
thanks for uploading this t why would u stretch your hamstring ? i mean you are sitting all day long aren't they already in stretch position while u sitting
My mom would lean one elbow on her arm rest in her desk chair. She worked at a desk job for years, and now she has numbness from that elbow down to her hand!

I love how real this is. They don't mind posting a "perfect" video, but actually talk and laugh while they teach the stretches.
