I can listen Guillermo Del Toro talk about anything for hours! He’s such an interesting and down to earth human being.
My friend is a filmmaker and GDT is his favorite director. He recently moved to LA to chase his dream. He met GDT at an event and he said he was the best. He talked to my friend for about 30 minutes and gave him all sorts of advice and wished him luck. It’s been over a year and my friend still riding that high. He genuinely seems like a good guy.
Mexico must be very proud of this talented man. Can't wait to see what magic he creates next. 🎥

Guillermo is not confused: R2D2 WAS called "Artudito" in the Latin American Spanish dub of Star Wars, which sounded like "Arturito" to everyone. "Artudito" is a way of spelling out the sound R2D2 the way it sounds in English. The movie was re-dubbed in the late 90s for the special edition.
They did change the name to Arturito, it just sounds cute

@@rosepinkly7356 Bueno.... en ingles el apodo de Chewbacca es "chewey", que sonaria como "chuiiiii" en español. Pero la verdad, nunca he escuchado los doblajes hechos en 1997. Pero en los originales, C3P0 era "citripio"... que seria la pronunciacion españolizada del original.
Ahora solo las veo en ingles, o con sus doblajes originales
