    Very useful excercises particularly after each meal.
    Do 15-20 mins of walk and then these set of excercises and you should see positive changes in your metabolism.

    Ek reality sun lo, no ecercise can alone reduce body fat, it depends on your diet and exercises both, , fat % can be increase or decrease from whole body not from single or separate body parts👍👍👍🙏
