For some reason, the cloth modifier isn't working for me. After I do everything, vertex and pin group etc, and set the initial and last frame for the cache, I only see the last vertex stretching out following the hook, but the simulation doesn't bake and doesn't do anything, any idea why that is happening?

edit : HE ACTUALLY SAYS WHY IN THE VIDEO ... legend can anyone tell me why does my empty object hook come with some kind of cache to it? like I play the animation and move the empty like you do and then when I go back to frame 0 and just hit spacebar it moves by itself in the way I moved it before
In blender 4.2 bloom is removed from render.... So here is the solution..."Go to compositing tab. Check he Use Nodes. Click add tab and search for Glare. Select the bloom from glare drop down and put mix value around -0.9 for color like old bloom"...
That last bit of the video with the hand write thing you did on the paper blew my mind...I totally got fooled into thinking it is a real video footage of you writing the text on paper and then you grabbed out the handwrite paint itself from the paper..wow, crazy
