Hi Dr Gretchen.. I am trying to reduce/bring back better use of my left hand. Specifically fingers when typing. Leftside weakness has always been an issue since MS diagnoses.
Yes Ampyra..(typo) I take I think it works.. I know neuroplasticity is a FACT!
Spasticity and Optic Neuritis are a mystery like MS..no cure.. a mystery!

You are right in my alley, I am so fatigued today that pisses me off so much . But your video was really helpful. Thank you Thank you , but reward is not too good either cause is mostly sweets 🙄

What about pain? My pain is not good just sitting still but it gets a lot worse when i move around and exercise makes it unbearable and I love to exercise. 😢
I also wonder what to do with pain?
